Unfortunately, our experience with this answering service has been very poor due to a lack of basic training of the operators.
We are a cabinet showroom, and selling cabinetry is our core business. In one instance, a potential client called asking if we sell cabinetry. The operator put the caller on hold to “check,” came back after about 30 seconds, and said, “Sorry, still checking.” The caller hung up.
In another case, a potential client asked for our showroom address and was told the operator could not provide that information. That caller also hung up.
These are not complex questions — they are fundamental to our business. When callers can’t get simple, accurate answers, it directly costs us leads and damages our professional image.
Based on our experience, the operators assigned to our account were not adequately trained, and this resulted in lost opportunities. We expected a much higher level of competence for a professional answering service. We will be canceling our service with them.
