New Orleans Art Print

My husband was born in New Orleans.
This will be his Valentines gift.
He loves New Orleans. The print is colorful and beautiful. Was mailed in a nice container as not to damage it too.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them! The print quality (even for their high end options), and frames are CHEAP! Worse is that their return policy is awful! You pay shipping. My shipping quotes exceeded nearly the price of the art (specifically USPS Quote was $244. FedEx quote $150 (they used FedEx to ship to me). So their return policy sounds good until you actually need to use it.

Good transaction!

I had a good experience with Art.com. My Albert Bierstadt prints are beautiful. The mdf board they arrived on should stand up with care and the hardware is sufficient The website could have foreign currency conversion while shopping and perhaps some first order foreign deal on shipping but overall I’m happy with my purchase and transaction. I really love my pics

I really love my pics; I have ordered before from art.com and was very pleased. I love these pictures too however, I feel the backing was a lot flimsier than my other one. The paper felt cheaper, but at least it didn't rip. I had 2 tiny pin dots on the black frame that I touched up with indelible marker. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

They make it right!

Well, so far, we are sitting at 1 of 2 pictures accurately delivered. One ended up getting mixed with someone else’s picture. They had wonderful taste and I would pay to see the look on their face when they open the humorous bathroom art we ordered instead! So that sucks, right? But they quickly reordered the right thing and instead of having you go through a lot of hassle, once you prove that it was the wrong thing, it’s just gifted so you can move on with your day. I wish other companies did the same thing with a shipping mixup! So did I have a perfect experience? Well no, but they care enough to take perfect care of you even when there’s a glitch in the system. That says more than anything else to me. Thanks for being awesome!

Wrong Shipments

I ordered with blue mat, but it arrived with black. I contacted customer service and they were at least nice but sent me another package. But it arrived in black mat as well!! In the 3rd package, it finally came in blue. Thank goodness. But this time they forgot to attach the metal piece on the back for hanging. Luckily I managed to remove from the other frame and attached to the 3rd one. But I with I didnt have to go thru all of these.
