Avon trying not to honor a return

I ordered a product off Avon ($70) and I ended up not being able to use it because it hurt my legs…I submitted for a return and it provided a packing list, and I still have time to return it. I ended up not being able print the packing list initially.. but when I went in again to print it, the item is now showing as ineligible for returning. thankfully I had screenshotted where it initially showed that I could print the packing list to return that very same item. This was my first experience ordering Avon….the other time I tried connecting with my local rep and she never responded. So, I will never order from Avon going forward. They use to be a great company a decade or so ago (I had a rep then who was amazing and I bought a lot off her), now, they are nonsense!
the date of experience is only when I discovered it shows the item is not returnable.

IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!!

What is happening to our Avon? Where are the inexpensive products we loved so much? O my God! Not to mention the expensive shipping! What happened? I don't think I will be buying any time soon from Avon again it's absolutely ridiculous with the prices! I could even get them elsewhere for cheaper. I Am Missing the old Avon! What ever is going on y'all fix it. Y'all are losing customers!

I asked to change my order immediately…

I asked to change my order immediately after putting it in recognizing I forgot to add the code for the free gift - sorry they can't do that. Well, of course they can if they were customer service oriented. Sorry for my rep but won't be ordering from them again, there's just not enough that makes them stand out and unfortunately don't feel very valued as a customer.

I am an Avon Representative and have been for years. I am extremely disappointed in Avon!!!! How do they justify the prices? People are not going to buy
things at such high prices. Ridiculous! They must be trying to turn Avon into Sephora??? My regular customers no longer buy Avon, they can get better product for less. This price gouging is such and embarrassment to Avon Representatives. My customers are well paying customers and refuse to pay the prices Avon is asking for the product. Avon needs to change back to how they were before or they will be going out of business soon. Signed disappointed to say the least!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL..

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL... the entire system does not work when placing an order and then when you finally do it changes the name on the shipping address.

Was on the phone with customer service who was not only not helpful but couldn't understand the simple question I was asking to get an urgent issue fixed, and then proceeded to get a tone with me.

I made a mistake and ordered a sample and a product in two separate shipments . Avon charged for both . Ie went on to the WhatsApp and asked if both products could come together and one delivery be credited back to me and it never happened and they aren’t helpful at all now .
With todays worries about Climate change why are Avon sending out out a sample of foundation around the size of a 50p ? Just to get the delivery charge ? Ludicrous .

SHIPPING CONCERNS

Hi, hope all is well. I would like to just give my thoughts on the charges for shipping. I feel like the shipping is very expensive. In the beginning, Avon was looked at as an inexpensive way to get your beauty, more pleasurable insect repelents, and other feel good products. In the beginning, I was very pleased with the free products I was given. Now, I looked into replacing them, but the shipping is too high for my "tight " budget. Thank you for giving me a place where I can speak freely. Take care, and stay safe.

Won't be selling Avon much longer!

The changes made since LG Household purchased Avon is just sad. The costs reps pay for everything takes away all their earnings: Pay for higher shipping costs to receive our order; can no longer combine multiple order returns into one shipment - must ship back each campaign separately on our dime; increased brochure costs dramatically (30 books were $12.54 but now $19.47); forget about buying samples - decreased quantity and prices increased. The brochure prices increased dramatically so customers ordering way less; hardly any new product lines introduced - just the same items in every brochure plus LG Household bringing in their other product lines they own but prices are very expensive. Writing is on the wall - Avon increases all rep costs to get reps to quit direct-sell - pushing to sell online only. I've been selling Avon for 20+ years and I won't be selling much longer.

Discouraged by many of the changes

I've bought Avon for over 30 years and am disappointed in many of the changes.

CONS:

1. They discontinued several of my favorites including their Avon True Color Lipstick - one of the best out there. I tried several of the new lipsticks during their $2.99 sale, but did not like any of the six tried.

2. The "Digital" catalog is tedious.

3. With the latest December 2021 website update, you can no longer look at the "Brochures" section as before.

PROS:

1. Many of the jewelry pieces are very lovely, prettier in person and reasonably priced.

2. The Perioe Royal Black Bee Honey Mint Toothpaste is fantastic!

I've not given up, but feel like one foot is "out the door".

The prices are now ridiculous for the same items you could get a couple of years ago you're paying a lot more for.

The perfume I used to get was £8 and now it has gone up to £12.
Avon have just got greedy greedy greedy.

Forcing to pay for non delivered items

I was an avon representative 4 years ago and never received my last order i placed!!! Been in touch numerous times and been ignored!!
Now after 4 years they passed my details to money collection agency to take money for order i never received!!i got in touch with them again as i can prove to be right by not received my order as i have cctv records of that day,also all my costumers agreed to confirm that the money been given back as order never reached me!!!Guess wat? Nothing im been ignored again!!!no response to my emails where i did mentioned that i can provide proofs of not receiving my last order.so this company is forcing me to pay for order wich never reached me!!!im so sick and tired of this company... please please keep away from them

Avon was bought out by a company in…

Avon was bought out by a company in Brazil and they have ruined Avon!
Gone are the iconic products.
Gone are affordable ccosmetics.
Their clothes are cheap, ugly junk.
To top it off, their reps have to pay half the shipping. The reps pay out of pocket for brochures, samples, bags, etc...
Avon is ripping off the customers and sales reps.

Will never use Avon again

Will never use Avon again. I've had various problems with delivery & double charging over the years so now rarely use the site but this time my daughter wanted an item so I risked placing an order. Order was placed OK and confirmation received, notification received the items were out for delivery & money deducted from my credit card - then nothing.
10 days of waiting & tried contacting my rep, who hasn't bothered to get back to me. So I've just contacted Customer Services only to find all the items are now out of stock, but nobody bothered to let me know. Have been told my order will be refunded in full within 5-7 days, much slower than when they took my money in the first place!
Save your money & go somewhere else, like Body Shop.
