Very disappointed with this product and after care. It was a Christmas present. After two weeks of use the string started fraying. I contacted them straightaway to which they said tie a not where not frayed. But it had frayed in multiple places. Have contacted again and now they are sayings it out of warranty. Do NOT purchase.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced
I ordered two units and only received one. Being that they were Christmas gifts, I wanted to return the one that I received because it was of no use for me. I had been contacting the company since the day after Christmas to no avail. There was no direct phone number and getting a response via email takes weeks. When I finally did receive a response via email, I was told to send a picture of the product I received including a photo of it out of the box. I did that. Now they're saying that because I took it out of the box, I'm not eligible for a return. So I am trying to argue that. Then another rep said no. I will still be able to get a refund but I am responsible for return shipping and a $10 restock fee I have never experienced such poor customer service. Any celebrity that endorses this company, I will no longer support in any manner.

Poor customer service and disappointing delivery handling. There is no phone support, only email, and responses are extremely slow. The return window is very short, and customers are charged restocking fees and return shipping even when issues are caused by delays or delivery problems.
When delivery issues occur, the company pushes customers to deal with the carrier themselves instead of taking responsibility.
Before clicking “buy,” check the reviews and customer service policies carefully. Their response time can be 8 days, while the return window is only 14 days. Unfortunately, I had to pay the price, but lesson learned. I would not recommend Boxbollen.
This company should have zero stars
This company should have zero stars. Purchased for my grandkids for Christmas but they were not interested so I tried to return the UNOPENED boxes to Boxbollen. Took several weeks for a response, in which they claimed it was now passed the 14 days. I disputed their claim to which they then LIED about the return policy on their own website. I pointed out the lie to which they tried covering up with another lie. It became a joke to them as I was stuck with $88 worth of crap and they had my money. Filed complaint with BBB and Boxbollen wouldn't respond to them so that case was closed. Filed a complaint with State attorney general and also reached out to the TV show that I saw promoting the product to let them know the behavior of a company they were encouraging people to buy from . Working right now with Venmo to get my money back and will spread the word as much as I can that this is an untrustworthy company that doesn't even follow their own written policy. BUYER BEWARE!!

I had an appalling experience with Boxbollen. I placed an order (#1360151) on December 5th as a Christmas gift, paying 343 RON. After weeks of silence, they finally emailed me on January 9th promising to reship the order immediately to 'make things right.'
Instead of fulfilling their promise, they issued a forced refund on January 19th of only 188 RON. They provided NO explanation for why they kept the remaining 155 RON (nearly half the price!) and stopped responding to my emails.
This is not just poor customer service; it is a fraudulent practice to withhold a customer's money while refusing to deliver the goods. They ruined a gift and stole my money. Avoid this company at all costs!
Item never delivered and customer support is horrible
Shipping is as provided by a no-name courier that didn’t deliver and took a picture of the label as proof of delivery. Boxbollen customer support will only say to contact the courier, but the tiny courier company they use won’t answer phones or email.
Boxbollen support takes ages to respond, and will only say they’re not responsible for shipping.
Item not shipped
I ordered additional items as the first one was popular. My item said shipped. When it wasn’t received and I contacted them they advised it was lost. I requested a refund after several emails from them advising they’d send it again.
Customer service is poor and they are ignoring my request for a refund clearly. I’m assuming they will come good with a refund in the not too distant future !!!

Looks fun?! Decide if you’ll like it for 14 days because after that the warranty is over and it breaks. Customer service will do nothing for you. The button for the string breaks and the product can’t be retracted. Very disappointed with this company and the footballen. Totally ruined a Christmas gift for my kid.

Day delivery on their site. It’s no more than a ball attached to a piece of elastic and a headband. App only uses microphone to count the noise. Nothing technical about the product. A very expensive cheaply produced toy. Don’t bother.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - Customer service are disgraceful and rude. The item arrived broken and not fit for purpose — the stitching was unravelled on delivery. I was then unbelievably told by customer service to sew it myself.
I am still in an ongoing dispute to obtain a full refund, despite my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Trading Standards are now involved due to their refusal to resolve this appropriately.

Poor quality
Got as a gift for my son and when we went to adjust the Velcro size on the headband, it ripped right off the band. Disappointing for the first time using it. Very low quality, and poor customer service.

I bought 2 as Christmas presents. Neither were wanted but to return these, you are charged £10 per item (a stocking fee! WTF!) plus they will deduct the post charge from your refund. A complete waste of money and time.
