Recently I had the most heart-warming experience with Breeze's team, in particular with the customer service attendant Noah. I'm so beyond grateful.

As many other people, I was attracted to the app through the £1 offer. I downloaded it, used it for a few days, absolutely NOT agreed to any other charges/in-app purchases/subscriptions. Just today, whilst checking my bank balance, I found two unexplained charges: a first charge of £14.99, straight after the £1 charge (on the same day and at exactly the same time), and a second charge of £24.99, six days later. I have just contacted Breeze support and was redirected to Apple Customer Service, as apparently they are responsible for subscriptions and this kind of stuff. Oddly, the Breeze subscription doesn't appear on my Apple subscription list, so I have no way of requesting a refund through Apple. I have, of course, cancelled the subscription via the app, but I absolutely want to have my money back from Breeze ASAP. What a shameful way to treat people.

Even though I felt that they scammed me out of $15 in the beginning, they did make things right in the end and refunded me all my money. I did have to escalate things to a supervisor to make this happen though. Overall, I’m glad they have the integrity to do the right thing. Appreciate yall!

I would like to provide an update regarding my previous review.
In my case, the situation has been resolved, and the automatically charged payment has been fully refunded. I would also like to add that the customer support consultants are absolutely wonderful — professional, responsive, and very helpful. The entire situation was resolved quickly and efficiently.

03.02.2026 I cancelled the service on the same day I downloaded the application. I did not use services at all—not even for a minute—and I received no results or benefits from the application. I did not agree to any monthly subscription, recurring payments, or ongoing charges.
Furthermore, I stopped using the application immediately and uninstalled it. Therefore, the charge made to my card is unjustified and unauthorized.

Same as other users - although thankfully I saw the reviews before it was too late. I did not sign up for a subscription; I only paid to get my test results. I looked in my iphone subscriptions and didn't have a subscription showing up there. I tried to log into the Breeze website but since you don't need a password to download the app (this is where they really mess you up), you cannot log into your account on the website. When I put in my email and click the "password reset" button, it NEVER sends you an email to reset your password. I had to use the CONTACT US feature which then finally someone did reply fairly quickly and provide me with a temporary password. From there I was finally able to go in and cancel my subscription after LITERALLY 7 screens you have to go through where the "cancel subscription" is INTENTIONALLY hidden, made smaller, etc and you have to keep clicking through several screens until you FINALLY get to the cancellation screen. I recommend keeping screenshots as I'm still not convinced that they won't charge me.
Edit to add, after canned response from Breeze: 72% of the total reviews in here about Breeze say the same thing so you may want to evaluate your own practices and find out what you are doing wrong to make this many people think the same thing. 256 people have said the same thing but we are all the problem?

I believed I was making a small one-off payment (£2) to access the app. It later became clear this enrolled me into a rolling subscription, which was not made obvious at the point of payment.
When I tried to cancel, the app asked me to re-enter my password despite already being logged in, then rejected the correct password. Password reset emails never arrived. Deleting the account explicitly does not cancel the subscription.
I contacted support by email to cancel because the in-app process did not work. This experience feels deliberately obstructive and mirrors many other user complaints online.
I would not recommend this app due to unclear billing and cancellation issues. It's a legal scam. Avoid with your life!
Do not read their lies in their replies. I have read them and none of it is true. They're is NO subscription warning whatsoever. Read all the reviews and see the pattern for yourself! You have been warned!

Avoid at all costs as they act or are a fraudulent company.
They took a subscript fee from my account even though I didn’t complete downloading the app and I didn’t subscribe. They did not have my permission to take that fee.
I stopped the downloading of the app when it stated the subscription costs I’d be agreeing to.
As I hadn’t downloaded the app there was nothing to delete. It was a shock to see some time later they took £24.99 from my account WITHOUT my permission.
I informed them of this and demanded my money back. I was sent the below email response and info request.
I did not make an website, App or google play purchase. I have told them I will not be sending them any of my banking details, receipts or statement as they are dodgy! They have my email details and know the payment details as they are the ones who took it.
