DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT ORDER! I regret not checking reviews before ordering. The shoes are extremely poor quality for the price. They are stiff, hard, and uncomfortable, with no real support, nothing like what is advertised on the website. The sizing is also completely inaccurate, even when ordering according to their size chart. Customer service refuses to issue a full refund and keeps pushing store credit or a partial refund instead. The return process feels designed to wear customers down rather than resolve legitimate issues.

For what they charge, this product is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

It’s a scam. The shoes came wrapped in plastic and the shoes themselves are cheap plastic. $70?! The cheats! Tried to return them. No luck. I am letting my American Express Card deal with them. And the shoes are going in the rash, not even good enough for give away.

I bought heels for an event. The website says there’s a 30 day return policy. It’s not true. They will exchange or give a 40% refund. The shoes took over 2 weeks to be delivered. They were cheap quality and were huge in a size I normally wear. I believe they came from China. This company is a complete scam!!

Do not purchase shoes from this seller. The product I purchased was not orthopedic or comfortable. The shoes do NOT "support foot health." They are poorly constructed with NO support in the footbed of the shoe. No arch support. No heel support. No cushion in the sole. Cheap looking and unhelpful customer report. They refused my return request.

I am waiting for a long time for the shoes. The phone number they have IS DISCONNECTED!!!! I wish I would read those reviews before ,,,,,

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my shoes. I did not understand that they were coming directly from China and that no returns were allowed, just exchanges. The material was flimsy and fit poorly. The souls were very thin and uncomfortable. I would not recommend their products.

Under the guise of sustainable ethics there are no returns.
The shoes with delivery was nearly 100$.
Quality was poor . Shoes were unusually tight although the correct size was ordered. Supposed to be orthopedic. Hardly.
No working phone service Typical post cov. Lacking in any accountability. I was asked to photograph the discrepancy of tight uncomfortable shoes.
Shoes were sent in bubble wrap.
No receipt.
Shady and unsatisfactory.
A 30% refund is all you get. An automated AI insulting response w tips on recycling?? Dont bother. Learn from my mistake. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 booooo!

Disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the product. Fabric was not leather and unbreathable . The synthetic fabric wrinkled on the top of the boot. The fabric was slippery and caused my heel to slip out of the back when I walked. I was told I didn’t fit any of their criteria for returning the shoes as the quality of the fabric didn’t qualify. Just beware this is not a company that strives for 100% satisfaction of a customer which would mean a no questions asked return. If you are approved to return your purchase, there is a 25% restocking fee. I would not recommend this company. You can read their return policy below.

These are a horrible product. Cheap materials. Poor craftsmanship. Nothing like the photos they present. Slow shipping from China. Terrible, gaudy green color arrived after I ordered sage green. No refund. I had to select another from Buni Shoes. Once it finally arrived, same poor quality materials and bad fit. I paid $119 for $5 shoes. I threw them in the trash.

SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA.The shoes are total garbage. They use many different company names. They were called Comfy Foot Gear at one point. DO NOT BOTHER TO RETURN THE SHOES TO CLAYMONT, DELAWARE. IT IS A FAKE ADDRESS. Please do not order from them. If you do, dispute the charge with your credit card company. This company has been reported to officials in Delaware and they are investigating them for fraud.

Very poor quality sandals! Don’t purchase from this company. Cheap plastic that smells like chemicals. They don’t refund your money. It’s a scam!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the shoes. That’s on me, but I should have a right to return a product poorly advertised! The picture that was advertised on the Internet was NOT the shoes I purchased.. total bait and switch SCAM. I wouldn’t get $ 20, for these shoes at a garage sale!! For Real. I received a pair of shoes that Were Not the same shoes advertised or the same picture on line. The shoes I received were made from cheap plastic and nylon and very poor quality! I would never wear a shoe that looked like that, even if I was going to the beach. The stitching was thick and ugly and messy. When I tried to get the Return code / info to return them, they would NOT provide it.. they just argued with me email after email. It was ridiculous. I literally tried them on once and tossed them in the trash. That’s how bad they were. You will not get your money back and do not buy these shoes. I hope they go out of business very soon. TOTAL SCAM!!!

The red ankle boot for bunion may look cute in a picture, but is a terrible product in real life. The shoe is flimsy, crazy-thin material, non-supportive at the ankle and has nothing virtually on the bottom of the foot-it feels like you are walking on hardwood floors barefoot. Orthotics did not make it feel any firmer either. When I contacted them to return, they told me "kindly" they would not accept a return because they were not damaged and could only be exchanged. Why exchange? For another substandard shoe? They exhaust with many words that say nothing, will NOT stand by their product (two wearings and the shoes would be toast anyway.) The funny sentence from them was "kindly understand we cannot refund the shoes." I replied with "Kindly understand" you have made this a horrible shopping experience. Save your money and do not purchase from this company.

These shoes are advertised as quality comfort shoes and they are anything but that. They are poor quality with a stiff/hard footbed. I've tried returning them and keep receiving the same circular messages that I need to "prove what's wrong with them", but how do you prove an uncomfortable footbed?

Their customer service is less than stellar, and at this price point, one would expect better.

The shoes I received look like a cheap knockoff of the ones pictured online. Plus one pair was squished and had a strap sticking straight up rather than laying down across the top of the shoe. I contacted the seller immediately asking to return the products for a refund. They refused even though online it states I have 30 days to return for a refund. Horrible company. Don't buy from them!

I needed support heels for a wedding. I read their return and shipping policy before I purchased anything. The shoes arrived after the wedding (took a month) so I wanted to return them. I followed their return policy very carefully, providing pictures to prove that they hadnt been worn, that I had the original packaging (which were plastic bags rolled in bubble wrap and jammed into a shipping bag), proof of purchase and started it way before the 30 day deadline.

They rebutted that since the shoes were in good shape and since they arrived in time per their shipping policy IN THE FAQ PAGE, I didn't qualify for a refund. I countered with proof from their own website that my shoes should have arrived in time and nowhere did it say refunds are conditional outside of damage, no proof of purchase, waiting too long, etc. I also said, WHY would I read your FAQ page when I didn't have questions?

After all the back and forth emails (it takes them 24-48 hours to response each time), they withdrew their 40% return offer as it was now outside the 30 day window. P.S. The shoes look like junk.

I wish these reviews had been out there before I bought from them. Don't get scammed like me!

Buni Shoes claims that their shoes are Ortho-Pedic and good for Bunions. The shoes that arrived look like kids shoes and a way too small and narrow. Anyone with a Bunion could never wear these comfortably. They are made in China and shipped in a plastic shipping bag. The shoes have no markings to verify what size they shipped and its is impossible to recover your full payment. No returns are available. They do offer a refund of about 30% of what you pay. Based on other reviews, Be wise and look for another vendor.

This is a scam company, completely unethical and morally bankrupt. Made from trash plastic, incorrect sizes sent, utter nonsense for customer "service".

**CAUTION **
BEWARE of their return policy. Although it's their policy to make it is absolutely unfair, unreasonable and unsensible. We ordered a pair of sandals that were not even close to a right fit. They offered an exchange or a mere 30% of a refund of the total pric witch is ridiculous. I just want my money back. Customer service needs revamped!

As stated in the other reviews, terrible quality. Not at all as pictured. Certainly not comfortable. After reading the negative reviews on their customer service, I won't bother attempting a return. Thank you to the others for sparing me the headache.
