I placed a huge order for my colleagues…
I placed a huge order for my colleagues in Belgium, and the delivery was only partially completed. I'm currently still waiting for the last part of my order, consisting of 10 boxes. The delivery is almost three weeks late, and Borbone customer service asked me to be patient. I did, and now I'd like to see Borbone take action. This delay is no longer acceptable. I believe it's a DHL courier issue, but I can't reach neither Borbone nor DHL by phone.
