If something went wrong, you are f*****

The first two deliveries went smoothly, but now we are just stunned.
We ordered a pick-up from a customer, who informed us that no one showed up for pick-up on the agreed day. According to tracking, our shipment should be on its way. We then received a shipment from which neither our customer was the sender nor we were the recipient and it said "DB Cargo" in bold letters. So it was not even intended for cargo Internation to pick up. The sender's address was the adjoining building of our given address, so just the next house. We refused to accept it, as it was neither a delivery from nor to us, and informed cargo international about the oversight.
As far as a simple, a comprehensible error, which certainly happens. asy to understand and even more easy to fix. Bring back the wrong package and pick up the right one. Would be very easy.
Cargo international doesn't care about anything, insists that this is our mistake, refuses to pick up our shipment and cheekily charges us for the return transport.
Since we had paid with PayPal, we could at least use the buyer protection through this. Cargo international is not reacting to the opened case here either, apparently just wants to sit it out.
Definitely not recommended this company!
I don't want to imagine what is happening with the wrongly picked up shipment, it is probably a high material value. Since we took pictures of the goods, we were at least able to contact the owner and inform him about the circumstance.

What a shambles...

It took longer than expected (9 days) between booking the shipment and delivery. Shipping was actually via a contracted third party (Emons) and this company had no online tracking data, so I didn't know the status of the shipment or even when it was actually delivered. I was also required to contact the receiving party myself to confirm when they were available for the delivery. Then, some weeks later, Cargo International sent me an invoice for an extra 10EUR because the recipient had not answered their phone at some point during the delivery process. I contacted the recipient who confirmed they were in all day and had no missed calls. I tried to argue with Cargo International, but they would not listen - so I had to pay the 10 EUR. I will never use this company again - but wanted to share my experience with future customers so they know what they are buying. Note that Cargo International have tried to take down my review, despite it being truthful. Perhaps they should spend this time on customer service instead...

Multiple mistakes and arrogant staff

The driver didn’t contact the contact number and left the pickup site without dropping off my item. They also made a mistake of rearrangement date and when I complained, they didn’t apology and even confronted me that they didn’t make any mistakes. Terrible attitude. Wasted 5 days because of this company.

Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs

Cargo International damaged my brand-new dishwasher during delivery and then refused to take responsibility, hiding behind a 7-day reporting rule. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I’ll never use this company again and strongly recommend avoiding them.

Ware auf Transport (im Umlager) beschädigt, Firma weist Haftung über Schaden von sich. | Goods damaged during transport (in the warehouse), company denies liability for damage.

Unterirdirscher Service, ebenso schlechter Transportservice (durch EMONS) .
Es wurde eine Stoßstange versand, welche nach den auf der Website vorgegebenen Kriterien verpackt wurde. (Sperrgut + allg. Verpackungstipps).
Auf dem Transportwege, erhielt ich von dem Kundendienst die Nachricht, dass meine Sendung im Umlager beschädigt wurde.
Die Stoßstange war doppelt mit Luftpolsterfolie, zzgl. Kartonage verpackt. Die Bilder sahen sehr komisch aus. Habe die Stoßstange zurückbekommen, Karton war zusätzlich aufgerissen. Stoßstange wieß Stauchungsspuren und einige Brüche auf. Da ist jemand mit der Waren unachtsam umgegangen.
Habe wie kommuniziert eine Schadensmeldung gestellt, hier wird jegliche Schuld/Haftung von sich gewiesen, da in den AGB's eine Restriktion des Gurtmaßes angegeben ist, aber weder bei der Sperrgutpackinformation, noch bei den Verpackungstipps auf diese hingewiesen wird.
Zumal meine Verpackung auf dem Papier nur auf 300cm angegegeben worden ist, diese aber tatsächlich nur 280cm vorwies (da wir den Versandschein zuvor gedruckt hatten).

Da ich anhand der Sperrgutkriterien und Verpackungstipps auf der Website, die Stoßstange ordnungsgemäß verpackt habe, sehe ich hier absolut nicht meine Schuld und es sagt schon definitiv etwas über das Unternehmen aus, wenn man in den AGB's solche Angaben verstecken muss und diese nicht klar bei den Sperrgutkriterien/Verpackungstipps angibt. (Screenshots von den gesamten Seiten liegen vor und hier steht absolut nichts von einem Gurtmaß).

Subterranean service, equally poor transport service (by EMONS).
A bumper was dispatched, which was packed according to the criteria specified on the website. (bulky goods + general packing tips).
During transport, I received a message from customer service that my consignment had been damaged in storage.
The bumper was double packed with bubble wrap and cardboard. The pictures looked very strange. I got the bumper back, the cardboard box was also torn open. The bumper showed signs of compression and some breaks. Someone had been careless with the goods.
As communicated, I filed a damage claim, but the company denies any responsibility/liability, as the general terms and conditions state a restriction of the belt size, but neither the bulky goods packing information nor the packing tips refer to this.
Especially as my packaging was only stated as 300cm on the paper, but it actually only had 280cm (as we had printed the dispatch note beforehand).

As I packed the bumper properly using the bulky goods criteria and packing tips on the website, I don't think it was my fault at all and it definitely says something about the company if they have to hide this information in their terms and conditions and don't clearly state it in the bulky goods criteria/packing tips. (Screenshots of the entire pages are available and there is absolutely nothing about girth).

Seller intended to arrange pick up of a…

Seller intended to arrange pick up of a pallet, have been waiting for the second day for the truck. Only time frame is 09.00-17.00 and at the end of the day no one showed up. Today they played the same game. What a bunch of amateurs. Yes, they realy realy pissed me off

Damaged goods, they decline responsibility

The 2 stars are because the parcel was picked up and delivered on time.

The item arrived damaged. It was perfect when it was picked up (right at the shop) and professionally packed on a pallet.
They have requested any sort of pictures, details about the value only to keep me busy and get back with the answer that they are not taking responsibility for the damage based on the fact that the receipt was signed.
It makes no difference to explain that you can't really disassemble a pallet and check the item carefully in the middle of the street, blocking the traffic, before signing.

If you really need to use the services of this company, before signing the receipt, inspect your goods thoroughly and report it immediately.
Not sure if it will help or they will make up some different risible excuse

don´t do it - no service, but kept the money

Over the course of 1.5 yrs I fought to get my package picked up and delivered.
when they kept missing the pickup times THEY gave us, they continously refused to refund us, asking for an explanation why they should.
eventually they sent me a confirmation of my refund and cancellation(after more than one year and many many many calls and email exchanges) only to cancel the refund the next morning, demanding an explanation why they should refund my money.

When I insisted that they not only never delivered, but never even picked up the package, they refused to accept that. Eventually I gave up, after they deployed confusion-tactics (continuously changing contacts, asking the same questions a different way, after months of exchanges asking what the problem seems to be etc...)

terrible company, terrible management.

Bunch of clueless and lazy amateurs…

Bunch of clueless and lazy amateurs running the show. Consider soliciting their service only if you want to experience mediocre, irritation, pain and anguish. There are lots of options out there in the market. Stay clear of these folks.

Our story:

Tldr:
1. we booked online. Online payment
2. Failed to pick up. Lots of followups from our end
3. They pick our stuff up and we moved to augsburg
4. They cancel the order and send our stufd back to hamburg and threaten to dump our stuff in front of someone else' apt.
5. Send us an invoice for picking up our stuff

due to relocation (ham to augsburg), we solicited their service. They werent recommend by anyone, just bad luck. After picking up our stuff (they did not come on the commited date) from ham, they cancelled the order and they now want to send our stuff back to hamburg. We dont live there anymore. We live in augsburg. They want to dump our stuff infront of some one else' house.

Stay away. Incompetent and dishonest company

I would never send again smth over this…

I would never send again smth over this company! They damaged a new stove and don´t care about it. They said that I signed the paper when it arrived and I should have checked it right away!? How?? The driver left and the stove was wrapped! Never again!

Total loss In transport

During the transport a total loss has occurred to the insured shipment and Cargo International rejects every responsibility. Because Cargo International does not communicate, we will hand over the damage settlement to our lawyer.

Never again!!!!

I chose to trust this cargo company after a friend recommended them to me. Biggest mistake! I had to send my used windsurf board to the person who bought it from me, and mind you, the board was worth €1250 before they completely destroyed the backside of the board due to irresponsible handling. Also keep in mind that, I had insured this package. After sending a complaint email to them they told us we needed all sorts of documents to prove how much the board was worth. I didn’t have the documents they asked for so I decided to let go of it. After 3 months or so, a guy named Martin Wiesler emailed me saying that we obviously didn’t pack the board properly and therefore it’s not the company’s fault that the board got damaged; however, they were willing to reimburse us 50% of what the board was worth if we accepted. First of all, we had bubble wrapped the sh!t out of that board, especially the back and the nose!! We decided to go ahead and accept his offer, because it takes them 25 years to answer one email, and it was better than nothing. Fast forward to today, one month later, no reimbursement and no answer to the emails we sent asking when they will reimburse us. Never again!! Cargo International, bye!
