Super customer Service

Hi! I received my case replacement and its very nice! All throughout customer service has been constantly reaching out to me and inquiring how my experienced has been. This is a awful experience. customer service offers incorrect information. Huge delay(40 days already i don't get anything)

so bad. 12/31 placed the order and 2/9 informed me the product just been resent. Customer service didn't reflect the real situation to me. Always i asked and then respond 1-2 days later with incorrect information. This is a awful experience.

Back of phone shattered while in Casetify case

My daughter had a new iPhone phone and a picked out a new Casetify case for it. She was so excited for the sea design and it was a pretty case. She had the brand new phone and case for about 3 weeks and never took her phone out of the case. She noticed a crack by her camera and when she took the phone out of the case she found that the whole back of her phone had shattered. This happened at some point while the phone was in the case and she does not know when it happened. Not good protection for a brand new phone and I would not recommend and will not buy another Casetify due to this experience.

damage after 2 weeks, no refund or exchange

I got a jaguar phone case for christmas of 2025. within 2-3 weeks the phone case started peeling. I contacted casetify and they told me they can’t help me because that is “normal wear and tear” I understand if that’s after many months or years but 2-3 weeks is not normal. That should be covered and I should’ve been able to get a new phone case or atleast a refund.

Poor quality for $60

Purchased a case for my daughter for Christmas and 3 weeks later the jaguar print started coming off. She reached out go them and they told her it wasn’t covered that it was normal wear and tear …. She is an 18 year old college student not a construction worker lol . @$60 price point it should not peel off with in 3 weeks of going in and out of a pocket. Terrinble customer service… I would understand if it was $6 off of ebay or something.

I have been a consistent Casetify user..

I have been a consistent Casetify user and the cases have usually been very reliable for me. This, however was not the case this time. I ordered an impact case like I normally do but have dropped the phone a few times and the case falls off when the phone makes contact with the ground and both the phone screen and a screen protector have cracked. The case also appears to not cover everything where it is supposed to be because after the phone was dropped it was chipped on the colored part.

Very please with the phone cases!!

We Have order a few items. 3 cases for iPhones and I love them! I dropped my phone a lot and nothing broken thanks to the ultra bounce protection case. Is the highest price but it does keep my phone unbroken. The other 2, for my son and husband. Love the photos we added to the custom case. And my son loves no one else has the one he got. Beware

Case back is easily scratched by the wireless charging puck. Used wireless charging a handful of times and my case already has a circle scratch mark on the back.
