We do not use any “fake courier companies.” All orders are shipped with verified international carriers and include valid tracking numbers. In some cases, tracking updates may incorrectly show an order as delivered before the final handover to a local courier, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control.

When you contacted our customer service, you were advised to reach out to the courier only to confirm delivery details, which is standard procedure in logistics-related cases. This does not mean the courier was fake, nor that your order was a scam.
