Scam website. I placed an order which was dispatched from France despite the website clearly stating that no additional duties or taxes would be payable. The item should have been shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning the seller is responsible for all import VAT, duties, and clearance fees. The seller failed to do this, resulting in the courier demanding an additional £50 from me.

When I raised this, I was repeatedly told they would ‘sort it out’, but no action was taken. The courier would only hold the parcel for a short time and I was left with the choice of either paying the charge or having the item returned. I was effectively forced to pay.

This directly contradicts the seller’s own terms of sale. Their handling of the issue appears deliberate — delay until the customer either pays or loses both the product and their money while the seller gets the item back. Completely misleading and unacceptable.

Edit - I have contacted your customer support, but they don’t even reply. Look at ticket 353454, no reply for 3 days ffs. Easy to ignore people when you already have their money isn’t it?

Ordering was simple and the jacket was delivered within the anticipated timeline.

ich warne hier zu kaufen. Ich bin betrogen worden. Im Dezember Crispi Futura NXT Schuhe für 475€ bestellt.
Diese wurden ohne Fussbett im rechten Schuh geliefert.
Per mail hab ich nachsenden des Fussbett für rechten Schuh gefordert. Über Wochen keine reaktion auf keine meiner Mail. Dann habe ich bei PayPal Fall gemeldet, daraufhin hat der Verkäufer zugestimmt 100€ zurück zu zahlen, wenn ich die Schuhe zurück sende. Statt Kaufpreis 475€ nur 100€ zurück bedeutet 375€ Verlust und keine Schuhe. Für mein Rechtsempfinden Betrug

Beware of fraud
I warn you not to buy here. I have been cheated. In December, I ordered Crispi Futura NXT shoes for €475.
They were delivered without a footbed in the right shoe.
I sent an email requesting that the footbed for the right shoe be sent. For weeks, there was no response to any of my emails. I then reported the case to PayPal, whereupon the seller agreed to refund €100 if I returned the shoes. Instead of the purchase price of €475, I only got €100 back, meaning a loss of €375 and no shoes. In my opinion, this is fraud.

Clear website with good pricing on quality items

My order number , apparently, is 14445083. This number is absolutely useless, i cannot get any information from it or anyone via this useless site.
I purchased a jumper for my wife on 11/12/25, i had a pre-christmas delivery date. It then changed around 20th December which is a pain but i thought nevermind sometimes these things happen. The new date was 30-31 December.
Needless to say i am yet to reveive my product therefore i have an angry wife.
I have sent 2 x emails over last 4 days to customer services and not had a reply.
I do not know if i will receive my order or if i will be able to request a refund as the communication is extremely poor
You didn’t deserve 1xstar in reveiw but that was lowest on offer !
Don’t give me any bxxlxxt excuses upon reading thos review, i shoild already of had an explination via yourselves

After receiving refund, I can more accurately make an assessment of this company. Also I am bringing more detailed explanation.
On 10/29/2025 I made an order with Chasseur.com for 4 items: ear plugs, two Morakniv knives, and Rouchette Veneur Neo Lady boots, with fur liner according to the description given on the website.
Although all of the items were notified to be on the stock at the time of making order, earplugs were not available at all, and those were refunded immediately.
Rouchette boots were not immediately available either, and I have to wait few days for those to be on stock ready to ship. This was the first, and minor problem. But signifies a lot. After package was finally sent, I received 3 items in package within announced timeframe, so not much to complain about up to this point.
Unfortunately, received boots were not what was advertised. I received model without a fur liner, which were roughly 12€ cheaper. After filing complaint I got reply from customer service to send boots back, and I will get correct model in exchange, and shipping cost refunded. I did as I was instructed.
When they got boots back, they didn't send correct model as promised. What they did was only partial refund. To be more specific, they refunded me 83,75€ although I paid for boots 93€, and 15,99€ for the shipping boots for exchange. So, in conclusion, after six weeks of this charade, I lost 25€, time and patience.
My new advice would be don't do anything with Chasseur.com or Pecheur.com as those are two frontends of the same unreliable company, which not only cheats customers but cheats on taxes by doing that shady things.

The price comparison was a no brainer the service is great will definitely use them again always a prompt reply to my email many thanks.
