The doctor I saw hardly would allow me to talk. He knew by a hotel manager what I wanted, he had me take my clothes off, he was in the room about 5 minutes drawing on me & then stepped out. I felt awkward standing there with no clothes on, and assistant stayed in the room with me, he returned and said no to surgery. All my labs & EKG were normal. I left there feeling like maybe he just wanted to see what an American native looks like sickening!! 🤮

Firstly, I would like to congratulate Clinicexperts upon sixteen years of five star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ quality hair transplant procedures to the public. Secondly, I would like to congratulate Clinicexperts on their five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ range of advanced hair transplant procedures importantly including "sedated" "minimal pain" hair transplant procedures ( other companies either don't offer pain free hair transplant procedures OR they charge extra for such "humane" services. Finally, I would like to congratulate Clinic experts on their five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer liaison processes. I was served well by a Clinicexpert team member named Mohammad. Mohammed professionally explained every minute detail of the hair transplant service being offered by the team at Clinicexperts, and the costs ( including a 15% discount for bookings made in February 2026), and the recovery process. But further Mohammad actually made the communication process warm, friendly, and very personable by highlighting our shared interest and enjoyment of "Aussie slang" & the Turkish cultural appreciation of such. In sum, five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer liaison procedures. Very professional experience from start to finish , coming from Ireland I was reluctant and nervous given the procedure to be done. Leyla was my go to person and she was incredibly with customer service and the multiple questions I asked. I feel confident my results will be excellent, I will be back for other procedures in the future

I had a very nice expierience with clinic expert and my personal advisor Leyla. They take take about everything and you can ask Leyla at any time, if there is anything unclear to you.
I would not call everything luxury, but it is very nice and well in line with the good prices they offer. I felt in good hands all the time.

Fantastic help and treatment

ClinicExpert is one of the best place to visit for consultation. I was able to do my hair transplant in ClinicExpert guiding by Zakarya Rashed as my consultant. It is highly recommended I will come again next year.

Experience well what can I say about the place was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend anyone who wants their teeth or anything else go to them they will make you smile again the whole team were there for you and they will make sure that you are happy and well looked after by the team it felt like I new them all even the hotel they sorted out for me was excellent picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel then taken from hotel to the clinic every day and then back to the hotel ten out of ten I just can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me so thank you again

Very poor experience after paying. It's like a processing machine, and treatments are not particularly tailored to your needs. My dental work by Dr. Nelly is a complete mess and I am in the process of redoing in the States(gaps, pain, uneven symmetry, etc).

They will take about two minutes to tell you that you need about 28 crowns or so...Don't do it! It’s all about the money and they will ruin your teeth and bite big time!

The other procedures and extra charges are a disgrace!

Another issue is privacy or lack thereof... Everyone who is anyone at the clinic can walk in while you are consulting or getting treatment....

Not worth it! You'd do better saving money and doing the procedure in the States, Canada, or Europe instead of coming to this money mill.

Don't even try calling them once you get back! Your chances of speaking to any practitioner is as good as my change of getting pregnant with twin....although I am a full grown male with male organs...

Run! Run! Run!

This is my second time with this clinic. I had all my teeth done ,a lip lift, brow lift and eyebag removal . And I am now 1 month post operative and I look amazing 😃. My experience with clinic expert was wonderful from when we were picked up from the airport to when we were dropped back off was excellent. Thankyou so much to the great time especially aziz .I would do it again and again with clinic expert. Everything from the hotel to the drs and nurses was professional. Beautiful clean hospital and dental surgery. Dr Zafer is a master at facial surgery a true artist no surgical scares at all . Thankyou very much to all the team at clinic expert , you truly are the experts..

Worst service and bloody scammers. STAY AWAY!!!

Once you pay, they don’t care. No responses to followup. They lied to me about the surgery. They pay reviews to fool people. Please stay away.

My experience was great because the staff were very professional, friendly, and supportive throughout my treatment. From the first consultation to the final crown placement, everything was well organized and clearly explained.
ClinicExpert provides excellent customer service, high-quality dental care, and a comfortable environment. The team made me feel welcome and confident during my time in Istanbul, and I am very happy with the results of my dental crown treatment.

This package was arranged through Clinic Expert, including Rotta Hotel Istanbul, and it turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend Clinic Expert. You are far better off booking directly with the surgeon yourself – it’s cheaper, more reliable, and far more professional.
Rotta Hotel Istanbul is absolutely not worthy of being called a 5-star hotel. The bathrooms were dirty, facilities didn’t work properly, communication was difficult, the area felt unpleasant, and the service was terrible. This is the last place any recovering patient should be sent to.
The hospital experience was no better. Cats were roaming inside medical testing areas, cleanliness was questionable, and hardly anyone spoke English, which made everything extremely stressful. My consultant, was great in the beginning, but once the deal was closed, it felt like he stopped caring. From that point on it seemed like it was all about money, not patient care. I was overcharged, the wrong garment size was arranged, I was constantly being passed around with no proper support, and the drivers were late and couldn’t communicate. Even when I complained about the awful food, nobody cared. There was simply no compassion and no effort to help – no mercy for humanity is exactly how it felt.
All this unnecessary stress has affected my recovery, caused more swelling, and delayed my healing process. Believe me, you do not need this experience on top of surgery.
The only positive part of this entire ordeal was the surgeon and his nurse – they were outstanding, kind, professional, and truly cared. If you really want a good experience, contact the surgeon directly, stay in your own hotel, spend just one night in a proper hospital, book your own flights, and use taxis. It will be cheaper, safer, and so much less stressful.
As for Clinic Expert and Rotta Hotel Istanbul – completely disappointing, disorganized, and nowhere near what they claim to be. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

It’s been 2 years since me and my husband had our teeth done and we are both completely grateful for our choice with this clinic. No issues at all, they offered all the help that we needed and been very polite and supportive during and after the procedure :)

I had a very pleasant experience. They even recreated my former teeth exactly as they used to be. The experience was great and they really listened to me. In 2026, I will definitely return to have more crowns placed. It’s not just about the treatment itself, but also the aftercare: you receive follow-up check-ups to make sure everything is in order.

Everything was clean, beautiful, and professional, with kind and skilled doctors. I am very satisfied.

His hair is perfect with a natural look, therefore I decided to choose this clinic, after 9 months mine is showing near perfect results.

ClinicExpert are fully up to date with the technology you would expect from a modern clinic. My surgeon was very skilled at using the technical DHI method. Apart from a few injections the surgery was completely pain free.

A pleasant experience. Travel to and from the airport was prearranged. Taxi service also had free Wi-Fi. Not a big deal to some, but I went to Turkey alone, so it was nice being able to contact family after the flight.

The only thing that went wrong was the fact they thought I was Russian after arriving, so they had a Russian translator ready for me, because I had a strong accent she did not understand my english too well, bless her, but that was no problem really, we used Google translate for clarifications. 😅

I don't know too much about the other services clinicexpert provide, but if your looking for a hair transplant and a stress free travel experience, i highly recommend this clinic. As of now, I know 3 people that has been to this clinic with great results.

Also, people mention that the aftercare was not good, I completely disagree, we was talking after the procedure. And after 9 months they asked me if I am satisfied and they wanted me to send them a picture of the results. That speaks for itself.
