Alexandra the sales person was able to guide me and navigate me through the entire process. This is the second property I’m buying with them and everything has gone so smoothly without issues. Greatly recommend them.
Seamless service. Very helpful. Kind, professional and friendly.
Sophie Alley was nice to communicate with throughout the process. She was polite, helpful and responsive.
Megan made our experience so fast and simple, we couldn’t ask for a better person to assist us during this process. She was so kind, helpful and amazingly quick with responses if we needed anything. Big thank you to her and collective property.
My agent, Sophie Alley, went above and beyond to get me into my flat days before it seemed possible just to accommodate my work rota and new start in Liverpool. She was direct with instructions and extremely helpful in getting me into the first place I can call my own. Extremely grateful for her.
I give 5 stars because of how helpful and kind Miss Torren is whenever I need assistance in managing my property under them. Thankyou

The Lettings team at Collective are great, particularly Rory. Really smooth move in process and the cleaners did an amazing job and even helped me move my stuff in :)

I had a very bad experience at the Luton branch 4 Dumfries . The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they had no interest in assisting tenants properly. Simple questions were met with a poor attitude and no effort to resolve my issues. The management clearly needs to improve customer service training, as this level of behaviour is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Working with Alexandra has been a fantastic experience. She was instrumental in the Luton Spring Place deal and has been extremely helpful in managing the transition for our clients into their new management contracts. She is proactive, professional, and excellent at coordinating across different teams. If you are looking for someone who gets things done efficiently, ask for Alexandra!

She was very patient with us as we had a couple of delays, and was always responsive and friendly

Collective Property Co is just Urban Evolution with a new name. Since taking over my property, rent has gone missing, I’ve been hit with vague charges I can’t get explained, and getting any answers is a nightmare. Communication is terrible, and they blame everything on someone else.
Do not trust them

Rebecca Thomas was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, which put us at ease when accepting the property. Good customer service!

Sophie Alelly has been incredibly helpful throughout my experience. She is always kind, patient, and professional, and made everything so much easier for me. Her customer service is outstanding, and she truly goes above and beyond. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work — a real asset to the team.

This has been my first experience of moving out and it has been mixed. The agent I was assigned was great and incredibly reassuring and I want to clarify that none of this review is about this person.
However, the actual company/everything else has been a slight let down.
To begin with, my move in date was unable to be confirmed until less than a week before. This is partly due to different parties having time off, which obviously can’t be help - but I do feel as though more could have been done. Secondly, I was stuck outside a building when attempting to collect my keys and the most unfortunate one is I don’t believe my inventory was done correctly.
A significant dent/hole was not photographed on the bathroom door, the extractor fan above the hob does not work and most worryingly the heater was completely broken - meaning I’ve had to move in to a cold flat in the middle of winter, which is by far the biggest let down of this whole situation. This is despite the inventory claiming that everything is in working condition.
The freezer door is also not attached to the freezer (which was mentioned in the inventory) yet because it still works, there has been no indication of someone coming to fix it - which I have to say, I think is a little odd. So be aware as long as something is in ‘working order’ this company are likely not to fix any issue.
The flat was apparently ‘cleaned to a professional standard’ yet, I have found several balls of hair in the bathroom.
I would like to mention that since reporting the issue with the heater, the maintenance team got in touch with me within 24hrs, and have since replaced the unit.
I just feel slightly let down by everything, which is such a shame because as previously mentioned the lady I was working with, and everyone who I have come into contact with has been excellent.
To sum up, I feel like as soon as you’ve placed a deposit/signed any papers, you get put on the back burner.
My experience in collective Property was happy, and I’m glad that the staffs are helpful. The only thing I would like to say need to improve is the process. I knew that isn’t Collective Property problem, it is UK sales procedure problem, took really really long time. In Asia the sales process only takes 3 months to complete.
