Faulty TV unit, slow support, and collection delays
I ordered a Daals TV unit on 12/12/2025. The item was faulty on delivery (multiple visible defects and a functional issue), which I reported immediately with photos.
At first I asked for replacement parts, but the process dragged on with delays and back-and-forth. When I finally decided to return the item for a full refund on 28/01/2026, Daals continued to request additional photos and questions, which prolonged things further.
Daals then confirmed they had requested a collection via their Home Delivery Team and said it could take up to 10 working days, but after 8 days there was still no confirmed collection date and no proactive update — I had to chase again. For a bulky item, the return process is already inconvenient; the lack of coordination and communication made it worse.
Overall, the product quality was poor and the customer service experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I wouldn’t buy from Daals again based on this experience.
Our package was not delivered to us
Our package was not delivered to us. The courier did not follow delivery rules and left an expensive item in the wrong place, with no confirmation of who received it. The courier also signed for the delivery instead of the recipient.
The company did not help us locate the parcel and refused to take responsibility. The item is still missing

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. We bought 6 dining chairs that when delivered the chair legs poking through the cardboard. We opened one of the boxes and the quality was appalling. Parts were damaged and there was glue over the material which we reported straight away. We told them we were rejecting them due to being damaged and of poor quality. They agreed after several emails they would only pay to collect 1 of the 3 boxes and that we would have to pay for the other 2. It's taken them over 3 weeks to get it returned with us paying for 2 of the large boxes ourselves and only today, after receiving them back in their warehouse a week ago have they agreed to refund the money, but this will take another 10-14 working days !!
Please save your money and time and shop elsewhere. Their customer service is non existent and will only frustrate you. They have no call centre staff in the UK and when you speak or email them, just give you a script. Hopefully we'll get our money back by March !

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - love the products I’ve received so far - easy to assemble and good quality. Dpd have lost one item so still waiting on this but daals have said they will replace if not found within six days. I would recommend them as they are helpful and the products good quality.

Worthless Company
Extremely disappointed. We bought a dining table and a coffee table and the quality is honestly shocking. The surface is so sensitive that literally anything placed on it leaves a mark. Even normal daily use, like having a meal, causes stains that do not come off.
A dining table should be able to handle everyday life — that’s the bare minimum. Instead, we now have tables that constantly look damaged no matter how careful we are.
We contacted customer service hoping for a solution, but they completely dismissed the issue and refused to take responsibility. Very frustrating experience from start to finish.
Definitely not worth the money. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Daals customer service were great! A part of my shoe cabinet arrived broken but Daals were straight on it and sent me replacement parts straight away! Cabinet is now built and looks lovely!
Unable to talk direct to managers
Unable to talk direct to managers, always have to go through a call centre with any issues, then get put on hold whilst they refer to a manager, then they relay any response. (Like ‘Chinese Whispers’!)
If you have a problem it is better to be able to talk directly with a supervisor.
All due respect to call centre staff, they can only respond with what is on the screen. If you have any issues it inspires confidence to be able to talk directly with someone in authority.
