I have ordered a laptop on December 1st. I received immediately an email that confirmed my order, saying I would receive it by December 8th, and I am still waiting. I have tried to call only to find out that they do NOT have any phone support - if you call their support number you just get a recorded message telling you to send an email instead! I have written 7 emails. Initially they said it is on the way, then that it is a bit late, then that they lost it and will send it again ASAP. In each email, they ignored my request to provide a tracking link, saying they are tracking the delivery themselves!
The last couple of emails, they have ignored completely. After coming here and reading the comments from other users that requested a refund, I am afraid that I might have to ask my money back directly from the bank with a charge-back.

Update (Jan 08): Since writing this review, I have received immediate responses with three emails within an hour (while before it was taking them days to respond)! Instead of trying to apologize and finally send my laptop, like any decent company would do, they immediately cancelled my order, and they out right threatened me that if I do not remove this review within 24 hours their legal department will come after me!!
To sum it up: at best this company has the worst logistics and communication I've ever experienced, at worst they were lying from the beginning and they are a scam. I cannot know for sure which of the two is true, but I do know that they persistently refused to give me any proof that they ever sent anything. I now can only hope that they will return my money back in the legal time they have to do so, and if not, I will unilaterally charge-back from my bank.

Update (Jan 26)
As expected, they never returned my money, and we are now way past the legal limit they were claiming I had to wait for. Also they stopped responding to my emails. They are deliberately lying to their customers and stealing their money. Again, avoid at all costs!

On August 15, 2025, I ordered a phone and it didn't arrive, I subsequently canceled the order and requested a refund, but I didn't receive any either. So I don't have the phone or my money back. The company only promises a refund, but now it has stopped communicating completely.

A slightly longer than anticipated wait but all worked out well when my phone arrived. A bargain. Four stars rather than five as they could improve with their communication.

ive orderd an item 6 months ago and recived nothing i emailed them and they said that its on its way couple weeks after still nothing, bottom line that THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS AND THEY KEEP STALLING YOU WITH WELL WRITTEN EMAILS.

This is a fake scam website.

They sent me the wrong item and then asked me to send it back.

They make you wait for months for your refund. They just keep stalling so you can’t get your money back via bank/paypal.

There are many fake reviews on Trustpilot, which made me trust this fake store!!!

Please be extremely careful with this company. I bought a mobile 2 month ago that was never delivered. After many many exchanges and false starts the company finally acknowledged that they would not deliver my phone and would instead send me a reimbursement. This was on the 28 April. It is now the 5th June and I still have not received any repayment despite asking them again. By law they had a maximum of 14 days to pay me back and have not done so. It is disgraceful as well as illegal.
