Internet speed below my expectations

Internet speed below my expectations, uploading 300 to 350 MB/s. I would expect the speed to be over 600 MB/s, my router works up to 1400Mb/s so it is not a problem.

wir bedauern, dass Ihre Internetgeschwindigkeit nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht. Um die Ursache des Problems genauer zu untersuchen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich an Ihren Internetanbieter zu wenden, der Ihnen bei der Fehlerbehebung weiterhelfen kann.

Wir möchten Sie auch darauf hinweisen, dass bei einem Geschwindigkeitstest der Computer direkt über das Glasfaserkabel angeschlossen werden sollte und nicht über WLAN, da WLAN nicht immer die gleiche Geschwindigkeit wie eine Kabelverbindung garantieren kann. Die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit kann von verschiedenen Faktoren beeinflusst werden, daher sollten Sie für eine genaue Messung immer eine kabelgebundene Verbindung verwenden.

Very quick and competent help in the…

Very quick and competent help in the event of a disruption in the Internet connection.
Unfortunately, the hotline can only be reached from Monday to Friday, so if an error occurs at the weekend, you have to wait until Monday, which is why only 4 stars.

Company you can speak with. Working with humans.

Young company where not all processes are working like from big companys. All in all they are much more flixible and fast and there actions, bucause of there staff which are doing there job great and customer oriented.
