Don't believe what's on the web site

The company lies on it's website by saying you can cancel an online order if you contact them immediately after ordering. I tried this. I had not yet recieved any confirmation/email, my paytment had not been processed. But this company will never cancel. Desnio processed my order a few days later, charged me 6 euros for delivery, and 7 euros to return the package, and you have to deliver it yourself to a courrier. The quality was poor. A graphic image that appeared dark blue on thier web site, was deliverd as light blue on rather thin paper. My printed could have done better. There are far better suppliers out there, with quality prints and honest customer service.

Good experience with some caveats

Pretty posters, decently fast shipping/delivery, good quality of printing. Taking one star off because many designs are not available in the size I was looking for. Additionally, frames and framing service are severely overpriced; I ended up buying frames from IKEA for half the price and framing the posters myself for free.

Attention la dimension de la photo…

Attention la dimension de la photo prend en compte des bords blancs de taille variable selon la photo. Qualité de l'impression très mauvaise, je peux faire la même chose avec mon imprimante. Je ne recommande pas.

Hi,
I wanted to cancel my previous order immediatly because I wanted to add an other poster.
They did not accept my request and so i had to pay twice the shipping !!!
I bought today but it's the last time. It's written that you can ask to cancel, and i did it immediatly and they refused. That is a scam

Very good value, however, I would prefer to pay more and have real glass and a sturdier frame.

We were happy with quality before.

We were happy with quality before.
But this time: From 10 ordered frames 5 were severely damaged and not usable (4 times 70 x 100 cm,1 time 50 x 70 cm)
Packaging absolutely not appropriate for the weight of the frames.
14 day delivery time in 2 parts - which was not announced in advance.
Client service friendly but took 3 days to answer for the missing second part of delivery.
We will see how it works with refunding of the damaged frames. No fun at all.

The parcel has been damaged upon…

The parcel has been damaged upon arrival, then sent back to the supplier. Desenio suggest me to proceed to the rembursement, or to send again the items. One of them was not anymore available. I have asked to exchange against another ref available, but it has not been taken in account….
Finally, I received 4 items instead of 5, and a rembursment of the one not available.
I need now to place another order to fulfil my wishes.
Looking forward to read your comments.

We are very sorry that your first parcel arrived damaged by the carrier, unfortunately damages can sometimes happen during the transit and as you have mentioned we have immediately sent a preplacement order with an EXPRESS home delivery, which the value is higher than the standard delivery.

The item that could not be sent again was out of stock when your replacement order was prepared and we proceeded a refund as we cannot modify an article that could alter the invoice with a different price.

We feel sorry that the solutions we have offered you weren't enough and that you gave us a 1 star review while we did our best to compensate the inconvenience you experienced.
