PRAY TO GOD YOU REALLY NEVER EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. MY PARCEL ( PASSPORT ) DELIVERED TO WRONG PERSON BY DHL EXPRESS. THEY DO NOT EVEN VERIFY THE ID OF CONSIGNEE. CUSTOMER COMES TO SERVICE TERMINAL POINT TO COLLECT PARCEL AND THEY BUSY IN THEIR MOBILE, NO CARE ATTITUDE AND DON'T EVEN WANT TO LISTEN WHAT CUSTOMER IS ASKING AND NO VALIDATION OF WAYBILL CONSIGNEE NAME AND GIVEN MY PARCEL ( PASSPORT ) TO SOME ONE ELSE. PASSPORT AS IN WRITING IS LOST AND NOT RETURNED BACK TO ME. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT MY PARCEL WITH DHL POLAND THAT I AM THE RECEIVER,DHL STAFF SHOUTED ON ME, RUDELY SAID " PARCEL ALREADY DELIVERED, DO NOT CONTACT US, CALL SHIPPER / SENDER " .
WHAT A SHAME, FOR SUCH A GROSS MISTAKE OF THEIR, THEY SHOULD BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY. PATHETIC SERVICES.

WHEN I REPORTED COMPLAINT ABOUT THEIR MISHANDLING OF MY PASSPORT THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE PERSON WHO COLLECTED WRONGLY FROM SERVICE POINT. INSTEAD THEY CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE ASKING ME TO CALL THE GUY To ASK HIM TO RETURN MY PARCEL.
I RAISED THE MATTER TO DHL POLAND COMPLAINT CENTRE AND THEY RESPONDED SAYING " Please note that your complaint has been registered with our system and the time of its consideration offered is 10 business days."
MY PASSPORT IS LOST AND THEY NEED 10 DAYS TO LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT ??
I MISSED MY FLIGHT DUE TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF DHL EXPRESS IN HANDLING MY PACKAGE.
WHOLE DHL SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND THEY HAVE LOST ALL CREDIBILITY AND TRUST.
SUCH A SHAME.
