From start Karen at Easy Bathrooms was absolutely amazing throughout our bathroom renovation. She dealt with all my changes (and there were a few 😅) with patience and a smile. Everything arrived when arranged, and when one item was missing she reorganised delivery for the very next day — so smooth and stress-free.

The tiles are gorgeous (we chose Jupiter and Eddie Crema), the black taps and shower are great quality, and I love the ribbed vanity. We’re so happy with everything that we’re already going back for more tiles! Karen is brilliant at her job — I highly recommend her! (Easy Bathrooms Aintree)

Really happy with my experience at this bathroom store 😊 The showroom has loads of lovely styles and it was easy to get ideas for what I wanted. Stuart was very helpful, and happy to answer questions and give advice. Everything feels really good quality and fairly priced too. Delivery went smoothly and communication was great from start to finisih. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about updating your bathroom!

Karen at the Aintree branch was very helpful when choosing all the elements for a new bathroom. There was a slight hitch in delivery but Karen sorted it and was in touch throughout the process. Very pleased with the result.

Karen at the Aintree store is always willing to go above and beyond. She's done a fantastic job with the designs in our bathrooms and they've turned out really nicely. If there's ever an issue she's helped us to resolve it. I don't bother going shopping for bathrooms anywhere else now!

I couldn’t have asked for better service! From the moment I walked into the store, Karen was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I wasn’t sure about the measurements, and she didn’t hesitate to come to my house to measure up, which made everything so much easier. And the service didn’t stop there: the driver went above and beyond by helping carry the tiles in even though he didn’t need too. Truly amazing service from start to finish and based on that alone I highly recommend to everyone! 😀

Just want to say a big thank you to Karen and the rest of the team at Aintree Easy Bathrooms. Your team has been helpful and patient throughout the design and implementation of our bathroom project. Karen in particular has been immensely helpful - showing patience and a high level of customer care throughout. Karen came to visit our house (in desperate need of a bathroom renovation) and saw that we had a toddler and did everything she could to expedite the project so we had somewhere safe to bath him. We had some issues with a defective bath panel. The replacement part was with us the next week and did not hold up the installation. On a side note, our boy left a small toy on Karen's desk and she made sure to send it back to him via the fitters - a nice touch! Cant recommend enough.

We reluctantly visited the Aintree store following a phone call from David the manager after he’d heard that we had been disappointed in the service we received from the Birkenhead store.
He asked us to give the company a second chance and promised that we would not be disappointed with the service his store provided. He offered to come over to us but we wanted another look at the products so we said we would visit the showroom in Aintree.
We were in the store for a good few hours and after choosing the main items David sat us down, created a design for us there and then and once we were happy with it he talked us through all the options such as taps and tiles etc. He then went through the pricing item by item with the sale discounts applied. We were happy with the price which included the full installation costs but we took advantage of the 24 months interest free option after paying a deposit, this was all proposed and approved in a few minutes.
David delivered exactly as he promised and whilst we need to wait a few months to see the finished product he has fully restored our faith and confidence in Easy Bathrooms.
Would recommend David and the Aintree store 100%

I had a brilliant experience with Lynne at Aintree 2024 she is extremely helpful and nothing is too much, she helped me find the best flooring to go with my new bathroom and Kitchen I used the same tiles in my conservatory because they are so well priced and look lovely too. I used my own fitter recommended by them who are also amazing. Well priced very competitive and good quality.

We were helped to choose what suited our bathroom best by Lynne. Who was always helpful and patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

The only positive thing I can say about my dealings with this company is that the sales lady (Lynn) was extremely pleasant and helpful, and there was a particularly lovely tile on display that would be perfect for a feature wall.
On the day we went to the store to order the tiles (July) the sales lady we had been dealing with was off. We pointed out the tile on display to the salesman and told him how many we required. He said he would take the details from our quote; (We had had EB out to quote for full bathroom renovation but they got the plans totally wrong, so I didn’t want to use them.) He said there was a four week lead time as the tiles were not in stock. This was not a problem as my fitter was not starting until 13 October, two and a half months off. We agreed on a collection date of 10 October. On the due date my fitter collected the tiles and then phoned me to say it was the wrong tile, plain grey; and not the blue floral pattern I was expecting and had pointed out to the salesman. I telephoned the store and they agreed that the wrong tile had been ordered, and they could re-order the correct tile but it would not be in stock until approximately 7 November. My fitter agreed to rearrange his start date for 5 November, it would take a few days to rip out the bathroom, so he would not need the tiles until the second week of the job. I received no updates/communication from EB; at end of October I checked to see if delivery was still expected on 7 November and was told that this date had not been confirmed and that it was more likely to be the 17/18 November now!! My fitter agreed to give me an extra couple of days on the job as he was originally due to finish on 18th, and would finish everything except the feature wall. On 17 Nov EB delivery company telephoned me to say it would now be 19th delivery (aaahhh!!) and they were confirming the address and contact details. They said the delivery could be any time between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. No one came! No one phoned! The next morning I telephoned EB store who gave me the number for Customer Services. They told me that the tiles were not part of the consignment that had arrived in the UK and the next due date was 1st December! I explained I had had a telephone call to organise delivery two days before and also received a Final Invoice email, which clearly stated that Final invoices are not sent until the order has been dispatched. I was told there had been a computer glitch!! Neither I nor my fitter could wait, especially as we had lost all faith in the company to actually tell the truth. I therefore cancelled the order and then had to spend half a day sourcing alternative tiles that were actually in stock, in order to get the job finished. It took five days and a further three phone calls to get my money refunded. I negotiated compensation and the return of my collection fee. But still did not get the tiles I had really wanted.
To top it all today, one week after the none existent delivery, I received a telephone call from EB delivery company to arrange pickup of the tiles I had never received and according to another department of EB, had not even arrived in the country yet, let alone at my house.
On another point- which other company charges their customers for buying/collecting goods and taking them away themselves?? Utter rip off.

Very happy with the service from Karen at Easy Bathrooms. A very calm experience amongst the mayhem of a full house refurb. A credit to the company.

From the minute we stepped in the door Karen guided us through our options for our bathroom & en-suite. She made lots of recommendations, came out and measured up and then produced us digital images bringing our ideas to life. The service from start to finish was superb and we felt she took a genuine interest in delivering what we wanted. She is a credit to the store and we would highly recommend her and easy bathrooms

Karen, Aintree Liverpool store was a great help with choosing my new bathroom. I started out with ideas on what I wanted, but there were limitations I hadn’t thought of. I now have a beautiful bathroom, achieved with the help, guidance and expertise Karen provided. Nothing was too much trouble and Karen went to great lengths to help me choose the right products that suited my taste and style. The Easy Bathrooms products are excellent quality and my bathroom has been transformed. Delivery was on time. My only comment is that delivery is kerbside only, unless you pay an extra fee. When you’re spending a lot of money (over £3k) it should be delivered to an indoor space, and FOC. If I’d spent as much on a new sofa, which would likely be heavier than individual bathroom items, it would have been brought into the property and not left kerbside.
