Terrible customer service
For several months I ordered products from them and everything was fine, until the last time when I received a defective device. I filled out forms on the website and sent emails. Eventually, they sent me a replacement device for free, for which I am very grateful. If only it hadn’t also been defective.
The first device only tasted like burnt plastic. The replacement one tastes like plastic as well. On top of that, it makes gurgling sounds and, for some reason, a red light turns on inside the device out of nowhere, which seriously scared me.
I am simply exhausted from endlessly describing the same story over and over again to different email addresses.
So, Elfbar, consider this my gift to you, those 11 euros, because I’m just tired of this situation. And I will not be ordering from you again. The customer support is just terrible.
Three stars only because for several months everything was fine.
