The worst place to deal with

The worst place to deal with. I ordered seeds and waited for about 20 days, but they never arrived. When I informed them that the order hadn’t arrived, they asked me to wait. When I told them I had already waited and it still hadn’t arrived, they said they would send a replacement. I waited more than 15 additional days for the replacement, but it never arrived. They also refuse to provide tracking for the shipment. It was the worst experience — a complete waste of my time, money, and patience.

Insanely fast delivery

Insanely fast delivery. It was less than 48hours, four days before Christmas. I got seeds for handing out at my mothers funeral so having such a good experience is lovely.

Some seeds just dont sprout but they…

Some seeds just dont sprout but they continue to sell them anyway. These are Kaki and Guava and even if they eventually send me new ones they dont sprout either. Seeds are probably old or treated the wrong way so they should check this out. Lots of people buying seeds just think its them.

Seeds were all rotten

Bought some ensete-seeds that were all dead/rotten. No response from customer service after over a week. Would not reccomend.

I understand that you are disappointed if your cultivation did not go as intended. It is very important for us that our seeds are of the highest quality. We ensure this by only trading with well-proven suppliers and we have a well-developed quality work through proper storage in refrigerated warehouses and we are regularly testing the seeds ability to germinate. If the seeds don´t germinate, we apply a germination guarantee, which means that we always send new seeds if they haven’t germinated. We gratefully accept all comments on our products, and we follow up all complaints.
Our customer service usually responds to emails within 1-2 business days. Please contact us again if you haven’t heard anything from us. We are to happy answer your questions about cultivation. You can send an email to your Swedish division at [email protected] or to our Norwegian division at [email protected].
