Emersoft entered my bookstore picture at the perfect time. I was already racking my brain to solve some problems that THEY had already figured out how to solve and so I was very excited to connect with them at this critical time in my business journey. After their free webinar and follow-up zoom call (which I booked right away!) I realized their app was going to be the perfect solution for my shop to grow. I've been at this for 5 years with Shopify, and I've done all I can do on my own, and hit a point where I knew I needed third party expert help, but I didn't know who to trust and didn't want to waste money guessing. This team has proven they are worth their word and every penny so far. Excellent service from the beginning - responsive to my questions, emails, available, function as a team, feel very supportive and confident in their expertise. I'm excited about their product, how I am already benefitting from it, and how it is going to keep building only to feed into building my own bookstore up to it's fullest potential! Highly Recommend!

Emersoft have been great collaborators! I am in the process of setting up a Shopify book store using Emersoft's Ingram app. The app has worked well and been instrumental in getting my bookstore up and running. On top of that, my store has some nuances that call for some adjustments and the Emersoft team has been a great help. As a first-time Shopify store owner, it has been huge. Helpful Team and Seamless Bookstore Integration
Working with Emersoft was a positive experience overall. Their team was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and they wisely recommended bringing in a Shopify expert with bookstore experience. Documentation was limited, which is understandable given that the product was relatively new, but their response time was generally good. The final product functions as intended, though the process required more oversight and clarification than expected. Once all the pieces came together, the Emersoft app worked seamlessly with both Shopify and Ingram.
