This place is unfortunately the worse shopping online that I experienced, talking about this period of corona time buying online. Mistakes happens and that's alright, specially when they are fixed, but I was unlucky in the same mistake happening in 2 different orders, and doesn't matter what you ask writing them, they take days, more than a week, and even writing in their instagran messages, they read but don't answer, they don't a phone number, then is almost impossible to talk with them, so is not about the mistakes, but about the service that is horrible, is no respect, to treat people like that, reading their messages and don't answering.
AFTER THE OWNER READS MY REVIEW HERE ON TRUSTPILOT, SHE SENT ME ANGRY EMAILS, WHERE JUST AFTER SHE READS HERE MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE PLACE, SHE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE RETURN THAT I DID. THE RETURN COSTS WAS PAID BY ME, AND WAS A LONG TIME AGO, AND I ONLY RETURN SOME THINGS BECAUSE WAS SO HARD TO HAVE A RESPONSE FROM THEM, AS I SAID IN MY REVIEW, THEY WAS READING MY MESSAGES ON INSTAGRAN BUT NOT SAYING ANYTHING.
THEY DID 3 MISTAKES IN 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS, AND STILL TOOK THE SHOP BAD COSTUMER SERVICE 7 DAYS TO ANSWER ME AND ALMOST 20 DAYS TO SENT A PRODUCT AND THE NEXT ORDER THE SAME PROBLEM. INSTEAD SAYING IM SORRY WE ARE TRYING TO GET BETTER, WE ARE WORKING ON AS WE ARE A SMALL SHOP, NO, SHE WRITES ME ANGRY MISTAKES, LIES AND WRITE HERE THAT SHE WROTE ME BACK IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES... DANISH AND ENGLISH, THAT IS NOT A BIG THING, EVERYONE THAT LIVES ON DANMARK SPEAKS DANISH AND ENGLISH, DIDNT READ WHAT SHE WROTE HERE, JUST THE TOP OF THE TEXT.

I NEED TO MENTIONED THE ABSURD FOR ME IS NOT THE MISTAKES, BUT HOW HAR IS TO CONTACT THEM, SPECIALLY IF YOU SAY I HAVE ONE PRODUCT TO RETURN, IF YOU SAY THAT YOUR ORDER FOR THE THIRD TIME IS MISSING ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS, YOU DONT GET ANY ANSWER UNLESS THAT YOU WRITE THEM A LOT FOR MANY DAYS, AND ALSO ON INSTAGRAN THEIR POSTS IS NOT POSSIBLE TO WRITE A COMMENT, IS BLOCKED, SO EVERYTHING IS CLOSED IN THIS WEBSHOP TO HELP THE COSTUMER.
RETURN A PRODUCT OR MORE, BECAUSE YOU DIDNT LIKE OR BECAUSE THE SIZE IS NOT RIGHT, IS THE COSTUMER RIGHT BY LAW IN MANY COUNTRIES, THE WEBSHOP EMILYS NEEDS TO LEARN THAT ALSO, BESIDES TO OFFER A AT LEAST OKAY COSTUMMER SERVICE, IF THEY WANT TO HAVE COSTUMER AND BE OPEN.
WAS WRITTEN IN THE ANGRY EMAILS THAT I GOT BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW, THAT WAS OFFER EXTRA SERVICE. THERES NO EXTRA SERVICE, THIS SHOP CAN SELL BUT CANT EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SHOW IN THEIR WEBSITE, IN 2 ORDERS, THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCT, BOTH ORDERS THEY SAID WAS A MISTAKE, BUT I MEAN, WICH EXTRA SERVICE, IF YOU AS SHOP CANT SELL AND SEND THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE THE BASICS SERVICES, AND ALSO CANT ANSWER IN ANYTIME THE COSTUMERS, THEN YOU DONT HAVE MUCH TO OFFER, DOESNT MATTER ALL THE SEVERAL LANGUAGES YOU CAN SPEAK, YOU STILL CANT DELIVERY THE PRODUCT THAT WAS PAID FOR, IN LESS THAN 20 DAYS AND STILL CAN ONLY READ MESSAGES BUT NOT ANSWER.
