    With e.on next you are a friend not a costumer

    The response and solutions that e.on next is distinguished by are that it gets straight to the point and deals with you as if you were a friend and not a customer, but unfortunately this response and dealing with you may take a long time and perhaps this company is overwhelmed with some matters for other customers.

    Painless!

    Painless!! The order process was really quick and easy, all online, but I also called in to ask some questions which the team were super helpful with.
    The engineer (Nathan) arrived on time and was really wonderful. He was really patient with me asking questions, explained what he needed to do and walked me through everything after.
    Only took a few hours and really efficient service.

    I contacted e.on Next on WhatsApp it was so easy.

    I changed both my pay as you go meters, to a pay as you go smart meter’s my electric was fine. I still had credit on a card for my Gas that I couldn’t use on my old meter. I contacted E.on through WhatsApp.The Customer advisor was very helpful and transferred it to my smart meter’ so simple and straightforward.

    I do not believe or agree with the…

    I do not believe or agree with the billing, as I was the one said they should continue charging more as I know I can get my money back using it as a savings, I had £378.38 Now they say have have £176.45 also when I wanted to take my money out says maximum £70 .
    I am well aware why I accept paying more as I can fall back to take some money out.
    Just like piggy banks.
    Am highly disappointed, am considering leaving you as I have been using you for long.
