We bought 134 High Bays with a written guarantee of 5 years. In under 1 year they all started to fail, first it was 15 and then within months another 35. They have such a high tern over of staff it is impossible to contact anyone. They don't answer their phones, don't return emails. When they did finally reply we got told they would replace all the high bays, that was over 1 year ago and still no high bays replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FAKES WITH A BAD REPUTATION AND SHOCKING LED LIGHTING

Split system installation October 2024. It takes months to get each issue resolved. Still 2 issues outstanding. They don't answer calls or respond to emails or web submissions. Post installation support is non-existent. They just want you to get sick of it and go away

Terrible customer service. Failing to honour their warranty for the faulty air con unit, even with the licensed installer completing the warranty card. Now they simply dodging my calls, emails and texts. Avoid this company. Do not give them one dollar, you will regret it.
68 days since warranty is lodged, and still no closer to having it replace. Their website talking about warranties being honoured is clearly full of it.

Yeah was also sceptical about the product but after doing the research it’s actually made at Gree factory, one of the largest giga factories of aircon in the world. Do your own reach please. I decided to install the product. Its works like a charm for a fraction of a cost what Daikin offered. Installer came on time and completed job in one day. Can’t be better.
