SCAM! Avoid at all costs

Product keys worked initially. I thought I was licencing for perpetuity. They no longer work when I changed my PC.
Microsoft reports them as "invalid keys" and suggests that "they may be stolen. Contact the seller for a refund."
Like software theives will give you refund.
Its a scam.

Absolutely appalling. I purchased MS office in June 2019, and needed to change my PC recently. I can’t reach Fast Software Ltd, and my key doesn’t work. Don’t believe I’ve been scammed. They’ve definitely pulled a fast one. Why do they have a good rating on Trust Pilot?

Bought office 2019 back in 2019 ish when it was new, continues to work well to this day.

My copies of Office 2019 for Desktop and Laptop, purchased in March 2020, have worked well since then but have suddenly corrupted all my .docx files in Word and .xlsx files in Excel on both installations. I cannot recover any from my backup on a separate hard disk. Neither can I find a contact for this company anywhere! What an absolute shower they must be.

It's a scam why are Microsoft not dealing with this issue? They sit back and ask customers to complain? it's a Microsoft product so why the apathy?

I have exactly the same issue as everyone else; I bought office professional plus 2019 and now I have a new computer I am unable to download as the product key no longer works. I contacted Microsoft and they said my product key is not valid. How are these people able to get away with this time and again?

I bought Izotopes Ozone 9 from this company and now the activation key no longer works. I have tried contacting them to no avail. Looks like I've been scammed, avoid at all costs...

Had to have new logic board on mac. Tried to contact company to redownload software ..no answer no website no reply to on line chat on reading reviews realise It’s all a scam ..email address is invalid..

The Office key I purchased no longer works and when I contacted their support email they ignored me.

I bought Microsoft Professional at a cost of £39.99 from this company. after some support from them to get it installed..it worked. But that lasted about 6 weeks. Since then it tells me I have an unlicensed product. I have tried to contact the company, but have had no luck. Don't buy from them.

I can only agree with the other negative comments. I bought a copy of Microsoft Office 2019 professional. Initially mine worked ok although I did have to seek help getting it validated. Eventually though there was a problem. One morning it said that my trial version had run out and that I needed to buy again. This proved a very difficult position to get out of and eventually required downloading Windows 10 completely which took hours. I tried to get help from these people but it was soundly and efficiently blocked. BEWARE.

Bought a MS Office Home & Student license in 2019, I have now changed my computer and it is impossible to install it on the new device. After waiting 5 hours to chat to someone from their customer support, I chatted with Microsoft and it appears it's an OEM license, valid on one device only... and it was a PC license, which is incredible because I purchased a MAC license.... JUST STAY AWAY FROM FAST SOFTWARE! Total waste of money.

Dodgy provider of product activation codes that work initially then fail due to multiple usage when they repeatedly sell the same code. Even after repeated complaints they have you clear out existing software and download MS Office again and again from another source, yet codes still don't work. I spoke to Microsoft customer service whom confirmed that the codes were being used multiple time and required me to submit a complaint against Fast Software for fraudulent usage. I have a valid order number and have paid via Amazon Pay for security they are currently following up on the matter too. This is the second time I have logged this review as Fast Software didn't like what I said about my experience and had it removed.. therefore as evidence of my purchase.

Great customer service from Paul, even at the weekend.

I purchased Office Professional Pro back in 2019 and was advised the licence key was 1 user, 1 pc and lifetime access. Great, bought the software which has been working fine until this week. I could not do anything with word, excel, outlook and had the title at the top (Unlicensed Product). This was obviously incorrect as I had my own licence (or so I thought). I contacted Microsoft tech support to find out what was happening and after some investigating the tech guy came back to me and said your licence has been blocked because the key has been used multiple times. I explained that this could not be the case as I have only used the key twice since I bought it. He then identified that the product that I purchased from FAST SOFTWARE UK LTD had been reselling my licence key and to contact them directly for a legitimate key or a refund.

So I went ahead and contacted them via their live chat. I explained the situation to PAUL, to which he then asked for the error code to explain once again the situation and the chat suddenly disappears and then when I reloaded the website to get back to the live chat it again disappeared. I have read other people's reviews and it seems they have a very twitchy finger and block people. So I have sent them an email and I am yet to receive a reply or refund. My Partner also messaged them on Monday and asked about their products and if they are resold to others and they confirmed 1 user,1 pc and lifetime access. He has also messaged them today to enquire about the order and surprise surprise the live chat disappears and now does not show up again so he must also be banned. I have now reported them directly to Microsoft as I am not totally convinced they are actually partnered with Microsoft. They are now officially looking into it and I will also be going to trading standards.

If you have been conned by this company I highly suggest reporting them right away. It is not about the money but the fact they have got away with this and scammed so many people it seems.

After 1 year I had to format my pc. As I didn't know where I could find my Visio key I was unable to reinstall it. I contacted their support team, who kindly answered quickly to let me know where it was registered.

I purchased office 2016 a couple of years ago. This company was sold to me as a 'lifetime guarantee' company and before I purchased, I asked them if I got a new laptop (inevitable - those items are not lifetime guaranteed) would I be able to use the same office package again (you know, because it's a lifetime guarantee), I was told of course, yes I definitely would.
Fast forward 2/3 years....had to get a new laptop, tried to use the code and now they're saying that it is a one time use code. As there are places I can get a cheaper package now, I won't use this company again but wanted to let everyone know, just in case the 'lifetime guarantee' is what is pushing you to buy...it's incorrect and won't work on a new laptop.

I purchased office 2019 professional plus and had no issue installing 18 months ago and using it. However after a computer rebuild, I had to reinstall so I did contact Fast Software who sent me the download link which didn't have a link. I managed to chat online as there was a online chat link via my email and installed office 2019 via their provided link and did not use my Microsoft account. I entered the product code and tried to validate via Microsoft. This is when I had issue. It didn't like the phone activation code and tried 12 times without success. I managed to speak to Dan online chat again who informed me it was a Microsoft validation issue and to talk to them. Microsoft passed me onto a supervisor as the product code was invalid.
They explained it was misused and blocked the product key. I emailed Fast Software four times without response and their live chat suddenly disappeared when I raised this issue.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! IT WAS A RETAIL VERSION AS WELL (unknown to me).

Thank you for your response however I emailed you of this issue and you sent me a download link to re-install on my new machine. I also had a live chat twice due to not being able to validate the product where I also explained the rebuild issue and he advised me to keep trying and speak to a Microsoft advisor who would sort out this issue within 5 minutes. Microsoft took 20 minutes as I was passed onto a supervisor who said it was not a rebuild issue and that the licence (product key) had already been blocked prior to my attempts as used too many times.
I did give you plenty of opportunity to respond where you didn't even after four emails. All I wanted was another product key which I paid for.
