Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers appreciate the platform's user-friendliness, highlighting its ability to streamline document handling. People mention that the core functionality is solid, and the platform is easier to use than managing multiple tools. Consumers also value the time-saving aspect, seamless format conversions, and accessibility across different devices. However, some reviewers express concerns about subscription practices, payment processes, and pricing transparency. Several users report unexpected charges after a low-cost trial period, with automatic enrollment into subscriptions without clear consent or sufficient warning. People feel misled by hidden subscription fees and a lack of upfront communication regarding subscription terms.

Great value proposition

Comparing features to cost makes this an obvious choice. Unlimited conversions and access to all tools for a reasonable monthly fee beats paying per conversion elsewhere. Quality results without compromises.

They Lie and Then steal from you. Not with just the subscription…

Honestly? Very disappointed with this company. They attempted to charge me for a subscription that I did not consent to, it was in the small print yes HOWEVER on the phone or at least my phone you don’t see it right away, you only see the big bold “48 hour access” and then the price tag of $1 with payment methods. You have to physically scroll to see their ‘terms’ which is honestly a tad scammy considering they’ve done everything in their power to not inform you of this.

To make this whole situation WORSE, despite me cancelling my subscription and getting confirmation that would not attempt to charge me again… guess what notification I got last night? Yep. After I clearly stated I did not give them consent to do what they were doing they STILL tried to charge my card. Morally grey with the small text on another page is one thing but outright attempting to charge someone’s card when they’ve stated they do not give you authorisation for that is actually against the law. Never try this company.
