Purchased the Taurus T9.9 Tresdmill. It’s been faulty since the first time I used it.
Send proof of this via video and currently on day 10 of not having any reply to my query.
An awful experience, just want a refund or replacement but can’t even get anyone to repsond to my issue.
Excellent experience all round. Great advice, not pushy and very knowledgeable staff. Called in Edinburgh store and got great advice from James which was followed up with more advice and assistance from Chris, who made the whole process simple and efficient.
Would recommend.
Once I realised I need a more expensive bike than the one I had ordered, Amy was able to cancel my previous order and send me a payment request for the different amount of cost between the two. Superb!

STAY AWAY !!! I visited the Leeds store on Saturday and was assisted by a blonde advisor with glasses. He recommended an indoor bike within my £200 budget that was available online but not in-store. He assured me I would receive an immediate order confirmation via email and that delivery would be 'anytime this week'.
I paid via POS, but I have received ZERO confirmation. No email, no receipt other than the card slip, and now both the Leeds and Glasgow branches are unreachable by phone. I am not interested in excuses about 'lead times' or 'processing delays'. The verbal agreement was delivery this week and immediate confirmation. Since you failed the very first step, I am exercising my right to cancel. I do not want the bike, I want my money back. I have already filed a dispute with my bank and reported this to Action Fraud. Do not bother with scripted replies; just process the refund!!

Ordered Stairmaster 4G Gauntlet online on 08/01/2026 at a cost of £3945, and paid a credit card deposit of just under £2000 (balance 0% with V12 finance) after initally speaking with a sales consultant in Aberdeen who advised delivery time would be between 2-3 weeks. By 19th January, had had zero communication from anyone, so called Fitshop (was put through to ?Glasgow Fitshop) & was advised that the advisor in Aberdeen advised me incorrectly & stated it would be a 6+ week lead time. Given this, I decided to cancel order that day and requested a refund of deposit. Was advised by email my card refund would take 'between 10 to 14 WORKING days' YES! you read that correctly. Fast forward to 5th February - still no refund, called them up querying where refund was as they were getting interest and I was being charged interest from my credit card for the privelege of receiving nothing. Ended up having to contact my credit card to raise a dispute to get my refund back. Never have I in all my days heard of a company keeping hold of your money for what turned out to be almost a month, when they are quick enough to take money out same day. Extremely disappointing experience all round from start to finish. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing and the the miscommunication causes nothing but frustration.

Do not purchase any products from this business, I’ve spent over £10k over the past few years with them, lately I’ve purchased a lower cost item (£58) that hasn’t been delivered and FITShop do not want to help in anyway, even though they’ve taken full payment. This business is not professional and shouldn’t be trading. Absolutely shocking behaviours.
Excellent customer service from Phil at the Edinburgh store, we got what we came for and there was a fantastic discount on at the time which was great timing. Would definitely use the store again. Our new ski-erg and Rower- erg are great additions to our gym and we will be back to buy more in the future. Thank you

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been genuinely exhausting.
I was sent two separate bikes, one after the other, and both arrived damaged. After the first damaged item was returned, a replacement was sent — which also arrived damaged. At that point, I requested a refund.
Since then, the situation has deteriorated further. The refund has been repeatedly delayed with vague responses, long periods of silence, and no clear timeline. Emails have gone unanswered, phone calls have not been returned, and I have had to chase constantly just to get basic information.
What is most disappointing is not simply that mistakes were made, but the complete lack of ownership or communication once the problems were clear. Supplying one damaged item may be bad luck; supplying two in succession and then failing to resolve the refund is not.
I have now been forced to escalate the matter through my card provider due to the retailer’s inaction.
If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering. Issues can happen with any company — but how they are handled matters. This experience showed a worrying lack of accountability from start to finish.
Based on this experience, I would not trust this retailer to resolve problems once your payment has been taken.

I had a fairly disgusting experience with this company. Ordered an adjustable bench which was due to be delivered on an organised day (it never came and they never communicated). As I didn't want to wait in again I cancelled the order instead and was due to receive a refund minus £25 for delivery. It has now been a month with no refund and they are completely ignoring my mails. Terrible customer service and I will now likely need to proceed with legal action, avoid this company at all costs. Further update: A very helpful lady from Fitshop got in touch after this review to apologise and organise the refund which I have now received, a gesture I really appreciated. It would not be enough to convince me to use fitshop again but at least shows they are a responsible company.

Ordered £500 of kettlebells on 14 January. Delivery arrived on 16 January, most boxes were soaking wet and one looked like it had been thrown around a bit. Miraculously all but one were 'acceptable'. Contacted Fitshop to sort the damaged one, over a week later I was offered a 5% refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement and it has gone silent since. No confidence in this company and pursuing a full refund through my credit card company. Personally, I wouldn't order from Fitshop online, not worth the aggro.
I purchased the Fitshop Taurus MS60 Elite Trainer - Multi Function Gym Rack System along with other accessories ( Camberley Store) & payed them to install them, they installed it January 2025. Several months later. I contacted them (3 Rutherglen Links, G73 1DF, Glasgow) 30/09/2025 of an incident I had, I was performing squats with a weight I could handle but the bar you twist (off & on the hooks) got stuck, I had to rock the bar to get it free. I sent them a video with photos. It took till 28/11/2025 for an engineer to come to my place to fit a new part (makes no difference as I'd stopped using it for chest, legs & shoulders) the same engineer came 16/12/2025, fitted more new parts and took photos as he wasn't happy with the machine. I've asked for my money back & they've stopped answering my emails & calls. You buy a machine so you can safely train by yourself & it traps you underneath it. I told them I would complain on Trustpilot & they just don't care.
