On two occasions my car has been returned to me, after an interior wash, with more spots/marks on the seats than I had when it was handed in. After a few rounds of scrubbing they fade - but not always.

They do not answer my emails, despite several attempts. Ive been using Flight Park for years and I have had many good experiences too. Mistakes are ok if they own up to them. These guys dont. I would not recommend interior washing if you actually care about your car.

Completely smooth operation. Drop off and return of vehicle went exactly as planned. Additionally they organised an EU Kontroll of my vehicle when I was away which saved me a lot of hassle.

This is a great service. Two small complaints: 1. I got charged for half an hour in the short term parking after I delivered the car for parking (I was only expecting to pay for the time in the parking when I collected the car - the rules allow for a refund, so I will send in a request soon! ). Second, the information about redelivery on my return from my travels came a day after we returned!

Great parking. Good prices. Mostly the staff are pretty nice. Easy to get a parking spot. Some places feel a bit sketchy to leave your car there but Flight Park feels safe.

Not too expensive. Please keep that way : )

I would appreciate the customer service for making their job nicely. Not many companies have this kind of support that answers the questions instantly, but what’s more importantly in a friendly manner like a person, not those generic responses like you are chatting with a bot.

Very poor service, had to wait 30 minutes for car to be driven to the carpark. Your service persons attitude that delivered the car was very poor too. I don’t expect a reply from you as you never replied to our last complaint when our car was returned with damage.

I find the service very straightforward and it works every time. I fly into Norway every two weeks and want a service which is dependable. Which I get from Flight Park.

It was my first time using the service on recommendation of my colleagues. My car's charging was way lower than what I left with. My car's cruise control was on when I started driving the car and I could have met a terrible accident. My car's radio channels were also changed with a high volume. I was very disappointed with the service.

My vehicle was not waiting for me on return.
I was rudely told by Gerd that they didnt have a driver but she could call someone to collect me and take me to my transport.
Annoying, no apology and 30 minutes delay which negated the point of using you.

Super service! 100% would highly recommend if you staying over 5 days
