I bought a 12litre pressure pot and had it delivered. I like it and ordered for a smaller size, that was on the 31st January and up till now it has not been delivered. I saw on the platform that it has been delivered but i never received any package or even notification for the delivery. Please could you look into this. I bought a Geepas mini oven online one year ago. It worked very well, until a few weeks ago, when it started to get warm but not hot. Prior to this, it had been used almost every day.
I contacted Geepas as it was within the warranty period. They were unable to provide a like for like replacement but they were happy to send me a return label and approve the refund. Communication was outstanding.

Fast efficient order and delivery. Although the machine makes nice espresso the temperature is a bit on the low side. The milk froths easily with the steam wand but again low temperature stops it being a really good machine, especially since the price is very affordable.

Made a mistake with the address by accident geepas sorted the correct address less than 24 hrs . Wish i could register my products the good old fashand way by phone .bit off putting when you do it on line and you have to have photo evidence

I recently purchased the Geepas bread bin along with the matching tea, coffee, and sugar canisters in cream, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
The sugar canister arrived dented. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product and immediately raises serious concerns about quality control and packaging standards during shipping.
While the set looks visually appealing at first glance, the actual build quality is extremely poor. The letter “T” on the tea canister is already peeling off, even though the item was freshly unpacked and has never been used. This does not bode well for long-term durability.
Given the cream colour, these canisters would obviously require regular cleaning to stay looking nice. However, if the lettering is peeling before any use or cleaning has even taken place, it is difficult to imagine the finish surviving normal wiping or washing without significant further damage.
I contacted customer service to report the issues, only to be told that they no longer have any stock available. Their proposed solution was that I could return the entire canister set, and once new stock arrives, they would send out a replacement set. This is highly inconvenient, as it would leave me completely without any canisters while I wait for restocking, who knows how long that might take. Most companies, in the interest of good customer service, would simply send out a replacement set upfront (especially for such clear manufacturing or arrival defects) without requiring me to first send back the faulty items and be left short in the meantime.
Overall, this set feels like style over substance. It may look attractive initially, but it is clearly not built to last. Between the dented arrival, peeling lettering, and the frustrating resolution process, it comes across as cheap and poorly made. I would not recommend this product to anyone seeking quality, durability, or reliable customer support.

I bought 2 electric urns and one proved faulty 6 months later. Geepas handled the exchange quickly and efficiently. the customer team was excellent-friendly, responsive, and made the whole process very easy.
