Read all the reviews before you purchase these hearing aids, they will try not to refund any money even if the aids are faulty.
If you are persistent and can put up with their AI generated replies they will finally refund 75% of the price and pay for the return postage

Purchasing the hearing aid for a relative in a Care home. It has helped greatly with their ability to hear clear enough to hold conversations and also not need the TV blasting out. Communications and help from HearWell has been very good and positive. Would be happy to recommend this company.

Well when I order my hearing aids from hear well the feedback from them was spot on they updated me all the time,when they arrived i was surprised how good they were so comfortable at a reasonable price. I think people should give them a try you won't be disappointed.

My first Buds (l don't like hearing aids). Audiologist on the High Street wanted £3200. I don't need to wait months for the NHS.
I'm still getting used to the range of settings that suit my hearing defiency so l only wear them short periods at home. I may need to go down a size on the dome.
All in all a great product, that suits my needs , would willingly recommend.

Mary monitored my experience with the hearing aids - made suggestions as to how to improve the usage - but agreed to refund when it became obvious that the problem lay with me as I have very narrow ear canals - my fault - not yours! She couldn't have been more helpful and efficient from start to finish.

there terms and conditions together with a string of condescending emails will frustrate you into giving up.
remember the saying " You only get what you pay for" with this product it is certainly true. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

do not purchase. the 45 day return/refund is a con. they ask many many questions, expect you to buy extra bits, and then say no you do not reach criteria for return. this is a scam and im raising issue with consumer rights and my bank. they do not and will not give you a refund. because there is always an excuse. no cares for the head aches and tinnitus its caused. the hollow sound. the picking up on random sounds. just dont make the mistake of thinking you can return. sick of the emails. every 3 days pushing the time towards the 45 day limit. i feel this is a scam company.

I bought two sets of these hearing aids, one for me and one for my wife. We tried them out but immediately realised they didn’t work for either of us for a variety of reasons. They simply didn’t fit properly, there was a high pitched screeching when we tried to adjust the volume and there was loud interference when I put my hands near my ears.
I emailed them within a couple of days of receiving them. The hearing aids are in perfect condition as we received them. I simply asked for the returns procedure and address. There is no postal address or phone number on their website. They replied with a load of questions on what we had tried claiming as it involved medical equipment they need further information to decide if they can be returned! Their website clearly says you have 45 days trial and can return them if they don’t suit. They have completely ignored this in their emails and don’t think the Consumer Rights act does not apply to them. After a lot of emails they finally agreed to pass it onto their ‘legal team’ to determine if a return and refund is appropriate. They have offered only 30% of the total price!! They claim the cleaning etc is so expensive…. They still haven’t provided any address or phone number. I will be contacting Trading Standards.
The hearing aids themselves may work for some people but the attitude of this company regarding returns is appalling. My order was sent direct from China not the UK. Buyer beware!

I bought their hearing aid for £149.99 and discovered that it did not suit me. Their hearing aids were meant for moderate hearing loss and whilst my right ear suffered from moderate hearing loss my left one did not. I contacted them and then spent 2 weeks sending back pictures showing they were like new. I supplied a report from Specsavers showing the amount of hearing loss in each ear. They admitted that the hearing aids were not suitable for my purpose and were prepared to make me a goodwill payment of £45. This was to cover their costs of disinfection, cleaning, repackaging and postage.

We ordered a set of in ear hearing aids for £149.99, offering a guarantee of 45 days return no obligation. My wife tried them and we quickly came to the decision that they weren’t right for her. We have been trying to arrange return and refund for one week, but not one email response or attempt by HearWell to contact myself or my husband to arrange safe return and refund. Avoid using this company please as there is no way to contact them other than email which they do not respond too.
I am so disappointed and would be happy for them to contact me to discuss this
