The delivery driver stole my package

The delivery driver stole my package. They said it could not be delivered (I have a 24 hour doorman and this has never happened), then GoBolt informed me it was being rescheduled for the "next available day." After not hearing from them for a week, I followed up, which they then informed me that my package was "lost". AKA Stolen...

Great Delivery

The delivery person left my package at my apartment door, which I greatly appreciate, since there have been multiple thefts in the building whenever a package is left in the lobby. Great delivery!

Needs to be shut down. Incompetent liars evading responsibility.

Sometimes it works fine, although they never text me or ring the doorbell when they deliver and I have to rely on getting an email and running down to hope it’s there. Other times, like this week, they lie about attempted delivery. Then they say they’ll set a new date for you a couple days later, send you multiple emails about how it’s out for delivery, provide live tracking that shows the package going all around your neighborhood for hours, and then never attempt delivery even though they were two blocks away at least a couple times throughout the day (if the live tracking is even truthful or accurate, doesn’t seem like it is). Customer service responds to emails so I guess that’s cool, but my package is still floating around every day while this company keeps saying it’s coming, and I’m trapped at home while they keep failing to deliver. I’m tired of it.

11/25 - package went out for delivery, “attempted” delivery that never happened as I was home all day working.

11/27 - I receive an email saying delivery is scheduled for 11/28

11/28 - I receive another email saying the package is out for delivery. I watch the live tracking link showing the driver two blocks away from my apartment at multiple points that day. No delivery is ever attempted. I am told delivery is now rescheduled to between 10am and 4pm on 12/1

12/1 - I have no new tracking updates since the driver took my package for delivery on 11/28, and the live tracking link no longer works. GoBolt says they can’t contact the driver directly and can’t provide a working link. It is almost noon and the package is supposed to arrive by 4pm. At 2pm, I was told the package never went out for delivery and they would schedule it “for the next available day”. They could not say when that would be or where the package currently was. To finish the day off, I received an email from another customer support agent at 5pm saying that my package would be delivered today between 10am and 4pm. They sent me this email an hour after that window had passed.

12/2 - The package has still not had any updates since 11/28. They are now claiming that the estimated delivery date is 12/3. I have still had no answers as to where the package actually is, or what actions are being taken with the driver who took it out five days ago and never returned to the warehouse or tried to deliver it. They are also evading my questions and concerns that my package has been taken by the driver at this point. During my latest conversation with their team, they called me someone else’s name.

My package still has no tracking updates since a driver took it on November 28th and drove around my neighborhood with it. GoBolt has had my package for a week without delivering.

12/3 - when I went to bed last night, I had a new estimated delivery of 12/3. When I woke up this morning, it was changed to 12/4. There are still no further tracking updates since a driver took it out for delivery on 11/28. Customer service says it will come tomorrow. Tomorrow is the fifth time they've promised that. I have emailed the CEO and left complaints on BBB.

12/4 - 10am: My package delivery date was changed to 12/5 without any explanation. There are still no scans since 11/28. I strongly believe the driver has stolen the package. I was told by lead support agent “Jaycees” that “I've escalated this again to our support lead so we can investigate the lack of scan activity and confirm the package's exact status. We're taking this seriously, and we will follow up with you as soon as we have more information.“ and I still have no answers.

4pm: I asked for help on LinkedIn and got a response that says "you'll have to reach out to the merchant/retailer that you placed the order with for a resolution as we aren't currently delivering packages for them". So now apparently, even though GoBolt has possession of my package, they are claiming they don't make deliveries for the sender that gave them the package. Explain to me what I am supposed to do with that? I can see that GoBolt has possession of the package and never updated the tracking on it.

7pm: I received an email from a new representative saying that the package would arrive in 1-2 hours and it arrived in ten minutes. There was no further explanation provided as to what had happened or what adjustments will be made to avoid this in the future. But I am glad to be done with this situation, and I will avoid any sellers using this last-mile carrier in the future if I am able to.

I’m so mad right now the delivery…

I’m so mad right now the delivery driver place my package on the outside of the building door in the street where anyone could take it and it’s not even my building $1100 worth in a package and I can’t even get some
One to talk to but a bot I’m going to report this company this is not the first time these idiots u guys hire are incompetent this the third time yall did this shit and yes u have proof annoying as fk

Employee/Driver STOLE Package - and I have PROOF

I could sue the s**t out of this company if I had the time and patience for this. Driver STOLE my package. Someone mentioned on here that they intentionally left a package outside of their building and it was stolen. The same for me! Except my building has cameras EVERYWHERE. When I asked my buildings super to show me any footage he had, he happily shared TWO clips of not only the courier INSIDE of the building, but taking photos of my package in various areas of the lobby, then goes outside to take several photos of the package and afterwards DRIVES OFF with my package in his hand. He drove a black Jeep, wore a striped shirt, black pants and black/white sneakers. I have his plate #. NYPD won't do a damn thing about this (I called and tried to file a report). But BEWARE. Do not TRUST GoBolt. They clearly have career criminals scamming customers.

It was not that drivers first time doing this and won't be his last. BE WARNED.

Employees are stealing

Employees intentionally leave packages outside the building to have them stolen. They often take pictures only of the package and not exactly where it was left and a picture of the building number zoomed in to make it believe like they were inside the building.

Honestly terrible service

Honestly terrible service - constantly have to reach out to them for updates. Sporadic responses. I could receive a pack one time and they tried to deliver it anyways -even though I had proactively reached out and said it wouldn't work.

I did not receive my package

I did not receive my package. Your delivery person went to the wrong building and left the package on the floor in a lobby in a NYC Public housing apartment building. I have no idea who has my package. I hope that you are replacing my items.

TERRIBLE - AVOID

What a horrendous company. I live in NYC. My package was clearly addressed. Whoever delivered it chucked it in the courtyard of the apartment next door, snapped a photo of their mistake and emailed it to me. I raced down to see if the package was still there - but nope! It's been swiped. I asked for help from their customer disservice - could they confirm the sender? NOPE. It's all up to the merchant now. It's frustrating because I WAS HOME THE WHOLE TIME.

Worst carrier!!!

Gobolt mark my words you are the worst carrier I have known to man. Are all your employees so lazy that they can’t take a ride in an elevator to deliver a package in front of somebody’s door instead of leaving it in the lobby for anyone to take?! I am not a praying man, but I will pray everyday for the downfall of your company.

Package left in lobby for anyone to take...

Instead of leaving my package at my front door like they were supposed to, the delivery person left it in the lobby of my building for anyone to take...and of course it was stolen. The confirmation email I received also didn't tell me who the vendor that sent my package was, so I can't even reach out for a refund or replacement. All I know is that something was sent to me and I never received it even though it has been marked as delivered.

I have always had a positive experience

I have always had a positive experience with this courier. They send me notifications for updates and the tracking is on point. When they say they would deliver on a particular day, they will (even sometimes late at night). When I order online from overseas and sees the local partner is this company, I have no concerns of packages being lost.
