Delivery driver was very kind

The worst experience
I had with a delivery company.
I purchesed a complete kitchen from Ikea.The order has been splitted in two with different numbers. Both were schedulled to be delivered to my house on december 27th. I received jus one command (80 packages), but not the second one (42 packages for a tota value of 2000$). However they “ completed” both commands and notify me by email. They attached the wrong proof to the order that has not been delivered. I tried to contact them but I didn’t find any option than to “chat” with their robot which is useless. Now, I cannot start my kitchen renovation and the Ikea customer service is useless too…I call every day and talk to oter agents , I re-explain my case over and over, and nothing seems to be done yet… So much stress that I don’t really deserve at this moment

Fast delivery service . The delivery person took the time to ring the bell and deliver it to my door. I really appreciate it.

The delivery guys damaged my entry wall in July 2025. I have been running after GoBolt in order to get it fixed.
Despite me advising against it, they did a patch up on the wall. They said they would find the exact same color. They didn’t. They were supposed to come back after the summer break in order to fix it. They didn’t come back, and no one is answering my calls or my emails.

The delivery man put great effort into bring what was a very large delivery with multiple heavy boxes. Both driver and delivery man were kind and courteous.

GREAT SERVICE, PACKAGE WAS BROUGHT UP TP MY DOOR. WE LIVE IN A HIGH RISE APT.

No complaints - arrived as promised

Ordered from Ikea. Delivery cancelled twice. First delivery scheduled with a 12 hour window on August 17, 2025 the second August 19,2025. Unable to find out the reason why the delivery did not happen. Wasted time and money waiting. Order number 480423857

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are not able to deliver to the right address... We spotted that the pin on the tracking map was not at the right location and contacted the client service to tell them there's a mistake. They answered it was all good and it was just a mistake on the map, but they had the correct address. When the delivery guy called, he was in Dollar-des-Ormeaux instead of Montreal!!!! After this, we had to call the Ikea support team ourselves because Go Bolt couldn't relocate our order, and of course we didn't get our delivery on the due date. In the end, we had to start from scratch and re-order...

Very nice and communicative

As per usual, outstanding delivery service, from the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse to my front door. Particularly appreciate the tracking in real time feature.

The delivery arrived at the time requested. The delivery persons were courteous and efficient.

Amazing service and accurate delivery

Always delivered at my doorstep, inside a large building. They go out of their way to make a safe delivery when nobody is home. Best delivery service out there!
