These guys consistently drop my package on the road - 70ft from my front door. Ive emailed 3 different times and also added delivery instructions. Customer service is nonexistent. Would never recommend.

Lost delivery, Poor support
Delivered my order to a business, during off orders. No communication at that time where it could be redirected. Then, lost the order completely. Unable to contact them - had to use their general hello email. Worst delivery from an online order every experienced.

STOP delivering outside closed business
GoBolt needs to STOP delivering packages outside business after they close. No other courier does this because they know that it isn’t a safe thing to do. This should be an obvious thing that I don’t have to say!

Was told my package would be delivered…
Was told my package would be delivered April 25 and I did not receive it until May 2. From the tracking it looked like it sat in a warehouse from April 24 until it was delivered. Also the delivery person put it in the middle of the step when they could have hidden it behind a plant.
