We are disappointed, though not surprised, by the ongoing inconsistencies in Green Vista Living’s representations regarding our transaction.
Green Vista Living’s stated policies changed materially after our purchase. At the time of sale, the restocking fee communicated to us was 15%. Weeks later, only after disputes were raised, that figure was revised to 40%. This higher fee was never disclosed at the time of sale, and we have documentation showing the original terms that were provided to us.
We were also not clearly informed prior to purchase that the panels supplied were commercial-grade rather than residential. This distinction was critical, as the panels were intended for residential installations and delivery to private residences. These requirements were communicated clearly before purchase, yet the products delivered did not align with those expectations.
Green Vista Living has also stated that one shipment was “returned.” In reality, that shipment never reached the client’s location. Despite this, we were charged an expedited courier return fee for an item that was never delivered, which we believe was improper.
Regarding the remaining panels, Green Vista Living has claimed that retrieval attempts were unsuccessful due to client non-cooperation. On both occasions, the clients directly refuted this and confirmed that no such pickup attempts occurred. As of our most recent confirmation, the panels remain at the client’s location.
We find it concerning that products remained uncollected for an extended period while responsibility for retrieval was repeatedly disputed. Characterizing this situation as a simple “ongoing commercial dispute” does not reflect the number of unresolved issues involving product suitability, changing policies, return logistics, and billing.
Based on our experience, working with Green Vista Living has been frustrating and disappointing, we would urge others to proceed with extreme caution.

We are disappointed, but not surprised, by the ease with which Anees continues to misrepresent facts.
Green Vista Living’s so-called “policy” is a farce. How does one explain a policy that is retroactively altered to fraudulently justify obtaining money that was never earned? At the time of this transaction, your stated restocking fee was 15%. Weeks later, only after disputes were raised, you conveniently changed that figure to 40%. None was disclosed at the time of sale and appears designed solely to justify withholding funds. Anees, we have the documentation that clearly supports these claims.
At no point did you fully and transparently disclose that the panels supplied were commercial-grade rather than residential, despite knowing explicitly and repeatedly that these were required for residential installations and delivery to private residences. This was clearly communicated to you before purchase. You knew exactly what was required, yet you misleadingly sold commercial panels for residential use.
Your claim that an order was “returned” is also inaccurate. Thankfully, that shipment never reached the client’s location, despite your insistence that it should be delivered first and returned afterward, an illogical proposal from the outset. Despite the item never reaching its destination, you charged an expedited courier return fee, which we consider improper and indicative of fraudulent billing.
Regarding the remaining panels, we have consistently stated and continue to state that you have abandoned your equipment at our client’s location. You have repeatedly claimed that retrieval attempts failed due to client non-cooperation. On both occasions, the clients directly refuted these claims and called them out as false.
It is alarming that a legitimate supplier would leave their own products uncollected for nearly two months while offering shifting excuses. This behavior raises serious questions about your operational integrity and whether you genuinely control or own the products you claim to sell.
Your attempt to characterize this matter as a simple “ongoing commercial dispute” ignores the documented pattern of misrepresentation, policy manipulation, and misleading conduct. Based on our experience, doing business with Anees and Green Vista Living has been deeply regrettable, and we stand by that assessment.

My experience with Green Vista Living has been very positive. We had the customer rep Anees explain everything clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was being ordered.
Communication was solid throughout the process. Anytime I had a question, Anees responded promptly about timelines, expectations, and next steps. I never felt rushed or pressured, which was important to me

Unfortunately, the batteries I wanted (Epoch 314Ah Elite V2-T) were on pre-order only, so they would not be available until much after I needed them. Green Vista Living was great about cancelling the order with zero hassles. One of the best signs of a good business is how they handle situations like this, and they handle this very well.

I’ve tried to buy this unit in the past from competitors and had nothing but trouble. The competitor told me it would take weeks to receive. They had no control over it. They said because of wildfires and other people’s needs that were more important than mine. I would be on a list as to when I would receive mine. There were excuses from tariffs to customs. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this vendor because there were no excuses. The shipping was immediate. They returned phone calls, unlike the competitor. It was night and day.
