They looklike a good price but cancel your order
They advertise at a good price, you buy yhem, and they cancel, but tires are still available, admittedly at a slightly higher price, you buy them again, they cancel again.
They look good on price but just mess you around all the time,
just don't bother wasting your time.
Warning, Website billing issues and maliciously business practices
Warning! This website has serious issues. I was double-billed and, despite immediate cancellation attempts through chat, ticket, and email, they proceeded to ship the order and are charging a €30 return fee. Their website is unreliable, and their business practices are unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Broken rim - hard to get a refund
I ordered a rim. We received it damaged. The parcel was in bad shape and we wrote it when we received it.
It seems like it will be impossible to get a refund after 3 weeks because DPD and Grip500 don't want to.
DPD even went so far to say that the parcel was received intact although the receipt that they themselves provide has "damaged" written on it.

The company does not comply with Danish law and provides no customer service.
I bought 4 new tires three weeks ago, which were delivered by courier after a few days. When I unpack the tires, I notice large bulges and distortions in one of the tires. I immediately take pictures and send a written complaint to Grip500.
They reject the complaint, claiming that there’s nothing wrong. According to them, the bulges and distortions will straighten out when the tire is mounted. I contact our local tire fitter, who has a different opinion. He believes there is a risk that the tire cannot be properly balanced due to the bulges and distortions. The same feedback comes from another local workshop.
I write to Grip500 that we do not agree with their assessment, and I request a replacement tire. This is rejected, and I’m told that if I want to return anything, it will be at my own expense. I’ve now been arguing with them for nearly 3 weeks. They refuse to help and also won’t sell me a new tire as a replacement for the defective one. I have offered to have the tire mounted to see if they are right, with the understanding that they would send a new tire if they’re wrong. They simply refer to the fact that if the tire has been mounted, it can no longer be returned. Regardless of what we do, I have simply bought the 4 tires as they are, including the bulges and distortions.
Their customer service is not Danish, so all communication from their side has been done through Google Translate. They have been downright rude and unpleasant in their language towards me as a customer.
I cannot in any way recommend people to do business with them.

Disappointing Experience with Missing Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I ordered two tires from Grip500, and unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating. The tires never arrived, and when I contacted Grip500 about the issue, they told me that the delivery company was responsible for the delay. However, after personally reaching out to the delivery company, they confirmed that the problem was with Grip500, not them.
Despite bringing this information to Grip500, the company has continued to deflect responsibility without providing a solution. It has been a frustrating back-and-forth, with no resolution in sight. I’ve asked for a clear deadline for either delivery or a refund, but have received no satisfactory response.
As a customer, I expected better communication and transparency, but instead, I’ve been left in limbo. I hope others have better experiences, but based on mine, I cannot recommend Grip500. If you're considering ordering, be prepared for potential issues with both delivery and customer service.

Grip500 cannot be recommended. Two different tires delivered.
I ordered two new tires for my car. Initially, the process seemed easy and straightforward via the website. I chose to have the tires delivered to an auto workshop that would help with the installation. I received an email with two tracking numbers, which I found a bit strange, but I didn’t think much of it.
The tires were delivered approximately within the estimated time, one day late, which didn’t matter in this situation.
Now, on the day my tire technician was supposed to install the tires, both tires were mounted on the rims, and it was found that they were not the same. One tire was 335-50-18, and the other was 335-55-18.
I quickly wrote to Grip500 via email, informing them that they had made a mistake (pictures were attached to the email) and asked them to send a new tire as soon as possible since they had obviously made an error.
They replied about 1-2 hours later, stating that since the tires had been delivered more than 14 days ago and had been mounted on the rims, they could not offer to return the incorrect tire!!!
I then wrote back, pointing out that it was their mistake and that they should be able to see from the picture that I wasn’t joking about one of the tires being incorrect.
Therefore, do not trade with Grip500 as their customer service is completely non-existent.
