Health compare were aware of my current cover and areas I wanted to improve cover.
They had an alternative cover sorted in a few minutes and though it was dearer, the rebates and coverage was better so we changed.
The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I was told the process would only take 10-15 minutes but I was on the phone with them for 52 minutes.
Courtney made this an excellent experience! She knew her job, was pleasant and extremely helpful.
The only drawback I experienced was that I had asked for them to contact me when I completed the online survey. My phone rang on two different occasions. Each time I answered it, I was hung up on straight after answering. Not good enough. So, I called straight back the 2nd time and was very annoyed. Thank heavens an apologetic Courtney answered the phone and saved the day!

Discussion took place after applying online from the very same link provided by the agent.
Agent was contacted via email about discrepancy in the monthly charge amount when compared with the quote and the amount communicated after signing up. No email response received to date though prior to sign up, the agent was proactive in follow up calls/emails.
Revising the review to 1 star.
