Don't be taken in by this company
Couldn't get to write a review unless I clicked on a star which the company certainly don’t deserve. After a few days of lengthy phone calls waiting to be connected to and then talking with Sky & BT I eventually cancelled an update to my BT account. I then got an email saying I owed £1.49. I was so mentally exhausted with the whole experience I clicked to pay thinking that it must have been a charge for the intervening period. However, when I checked my online account this morning I saw that £24.90 had been taken from account. I called the company & the person I spoke said she couldn't find my details on the system. She gave me an email address to contact which responded straight away with confirmation of cancellation. No mention of the refund I demanded. I have contacted my bank and they have transferred it to the fraud department. In the meantime they are issuing me with another card which means that I do not have access to a bank for at least a week. Hopefully they will be stopped from this fraudulent business. I would however like to know how they got my information in the first place. Something needs to be done.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. This is a SCAM. Please DO NOT engage with this company. My son googled ‘how to end a contract with three’ and this company appeared as though they were part of the three cancellation process. Unfortunately, my son clicked into it thinking he was dealing with three and they took £1.49 from my account. The next day a further £24.90 was taken because they had automatically subscribed us to their service. I had to change my bank card details and block this company. When I called them, it was clearly a tinpot scam operation and there was no formal process to complain. The man I spoke to basically said ‘tough luck, your son clicked it’. They 100% know what they are doing here so please beware

I fell into the same trap set by this thieving company. I cancelled a 'Three' account online. I don't even recall using this companies services but I too was debited £24.90. Fortunately I noticed the payment on my bank statement. I telephoned the company and I raised HELL with the guy on the other end of the telephone line. He tried many ways to justify the charge but I persisted and in fact received an email notifying me of a refund. WELL DONE ME!

I thought I was cancelling my contract with EE I the unwittingly entered into a subscription with this company. The thieves initially took out £1.49 I assumed this was EE then two days later they took £24.90. I contacted my bank assuming I had been scammed only to find out I authorised this. The bank cancelled my bank card and advised me to phone the company and request a refund. The bank gave me their number. I spoke to a very unhelpful woman who could only state I had agreed to it. I lost the plot she informed me I would get a refund. I am not expecting a refund but be aware of these criminals

Had to cancel my bank card in the end so they couldn’t re present the details (banks advice). They should not be allowed to operate as a company.
