Unacceptable customer service response times

Ordered a parasol to our Malmö address for some reason they decided to send it to our summer stuga address in Säffle! It took around 10 more days after it arrived in Säffle to finally arrive in Malmö. We didn’t like the item so wrote to them to get a return label the day the item arrived 24 days after I had placed the order on 27th December they asked if I wanted one return label. So I said yes. No response after that. I wrote - I called it was USELESS! It took them almost a month to send a return label! Unbelievably bad service ! Sooo disappointed. An order put in on 3rd December and can only get rid of the thing by 27th January ! Total joke.

Chose a different Company

The Product did not work at the time of delivery. It was DOA.
Customer service is slow and very unavailable. They also asked me to fix the product myself which a customer shouldn’t need to do.
When I finally got them to answer they wanted me to pay for the shipping back to their stock for a product that arrived broken. After many emails back and forth I finally shipped the product back to them. It arrived a month ago to their warehouse and I still have zero answer from them and no money has been payed back to my account.
If you buy something from this company I pray that you don't need their support at any time as it is the worst. Chose a different company to avoid head aches.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEMFINT.

I ordered a Sauna on 26/6 .After one month, without receiving my product, i canceled the order, just to be informed a few days after that was "already shipped" , just for them to keep a return fee of 750 sek. At 31/6 I got a message from the transport company about my pallet. I told them that it is to be sent back. ONE MONTH after at 27/7 i contacted the transport company and they told me that the pallet was delivered to hemfint long time ago. But i got no word from Hemfint about my money. I finally got my money back 6/8 after numerous calls to customer service and the transport company.

The customer service only works two days a week and only for two hours, and its only one person who answers the calls, making the waiting more than one hour at a time. The girl who was answering the calls was polite but not very helpful since she didnt have the information from other departments, (like the transport or economy)

In general it was a very stressed experience and i do not recommend it to anyone. The company is a BAD and UNRELIABLE company and the best thing you can do is STAY AWAY from it.

Big warning - Fraud

Big warning! The company is selling broken item due a lack of quality control. The bigger problem is, that they will not react to your clams to change the product afterwards. No repair/ exchange/ money back. I am waiting since 1,5month on a reply. The customer service calls himself „Tobias“ please don’t trust him, when he shows himself apologizing or helpful, he is lying straight to your face. File it as a police report asap.

Is terrible service

Is terrible service, scammers. Ordered tenis table, got it after 3 weeks and damaged, it was even wrote on package SKADA. Their phone nr doesn’t work, emails are ignored, after one week daily mails got answer with offer 20% money back if i keep this garbage. After that again ignore. Now will take action with lawyers. Avoid these cheaters

bad experience

Jag har fortfarande inte fått produkten efter 29 dagar. Detta trots att produkten enligt er webbplats fanns i lager (och fortfarande gör det). Det går inte att nå er via telefon och jag får inte längre något svar på mina mejl. Detta är första och även sista gången jag beställer något från Hemfint.

I still have not received the product after 29 days. This despite the fact that, according to your website, the product was in stock (and still is). It is impossible to reach you by phone, and I no longer receive any replies to my emails. This is the first and also the last time I order anything from Hemfint.

No refund for 2 months

I ordered interior door, it came with wrong side hanging. Asked for replacement, it went on from November to the end of December, tired of waiting and asked for the refund. January and February passed by but we got no money back. The reply of customer service: we are working on it. Is it even legal? For 2 months?? Now they even stoped replying. Don’t ever buy at Hemfit!!

With this company i don't even know where to start..

No replies to our emails.
Sending the wrong products.
No return of your money when you send the wrong delivered products back.

Please do NOT use this company as you will be scammed!

Terrible company and costumer service.

Terrible company and costumer service.

We ordered a glass door and select witch side it should be opening.
They delivered the wrong door.
That can happen so we send it back and it seems that the other door was not longer in stock.
Then they stopped replying to our emails as we told them we prefer our money back and purchase somewhere else.

Big scam company with no service!

Beware of unprofessionalism

Beware of unprofessionalism at Hemfint!!!
This was the worst experience ever in my life. Hopefully, this review will help someone not falling in the same trap that I did.

I had ordered the front door for my house on 9th Sept 2024 with estimated delivery of 6 weeks. After not hearing any updates from Hemfint, I called them asking the status of delivery. Hemfint said there is delay from supplier so it will be delayed few more weeks. I was ok since mistakes can happen. IT TOOK FREAKING 4 months for Hemfint to finally say that the door is ready and will be delivered soon.

To my further surprise, Hemfint didn’t deliver the door until today 9th Feb 2025. The reason this time was their logistic supplier DSV. They are claiming that I didn’t attend the delivery which is a complete lie. In fact, I had confirmed the delivery on 14th Jan 2025 and had received confirmation from DSV, but nobody showed up whole day. Surprise surprise….

Now, Hemfint is saying I will be charged with delivery fee to send the door which is complete unfair business practice. I that’s how Hemfint plans to make money after being sold to another big company in the market.

I was expecting that Hemfint will be sorry for all this, but that didn’t happen. They started defending DSV who is not able to prove that they had attended delivery at my place.

This is totally unprofessional company with bunch of impolite people who don’t understand customer experience. It feels like a Russian or Mexican company which has no business ethics in place.

Awful company and awful service

Awful company and awful service. I ordered a product from them, they were very slow to deliver, I cancelled the order before they sent it, they sent it anyway and now they won't give me my money back and are charging me 250sek to send the product back to them.

In efficient order processing and…

In efficient order processing and delivery. They mentioned in their order page it will be shipped in 1-3 days but they shipped after a week. Then again there is no tracking details and says "awaiting tracking details". I am not sure how it got 3.8 stars in trust pilot.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! I would give them a minus star but they don't have it. I ordered a bike on the 5th Dec for my son to arrive for Christmas and to date there no bike. I received no replies from customer service and their phones don't work. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It's clear that this is a fake company with soulless people. Now I have to find a bike for my son few days before Christmas. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY.

I´ve ordered bikecycle for my 9yrs old…

I´ve ordered bikecycle for my 9yrs old son as a birthday present 11.11.2024. My order was invoiced and still today 5.12.2024 I´ve not received it. Customer service doesn´t answer my contacts.
In my opinion, this is only a fake and cheating company. I cannot recommend it for anybody!!
Please all be carefull!

Broken items in delivery

Ordered an item and it was delivered with broken glass in August. Been trying to get them to replace it. Now they are saying they will replace in February or they have offered to pay less then half the cost if I replace myself.

Scammers they made a fake Invoice over…

Scammers they made a fake Invoice over 2095 Kr Via Fortnox the product that I don’t have and I have retuned it to them, Fortnox sending me a reminder to pay. I contacted the company they just ignored your email maybe response once in 1 month very unprofessional customer service. The phone number never work. I’m reporting them to the police and take them to Court.STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANY

BE CARFUL!

BE CARFUL!! when you buy from them and if something happens they will ignore your contacts
I want to return something and after I accept to pay returned fees they stop responding to my messages on the email and all their phone numbers don't work!!
I give it one star so I can write this comment
