Best Customer Service

My name is Gibbs, and I’m the owner of the DeltaMU server. I want to make it absolutely clear that I’m not a friend or acquaintance of the owner of HiNetworks, just a very satisfied client.

I had a connection issue on my MU Online server that only affected players living in the United States players in Brazil had no problem at all.
HiNetworks stepped in and completely fixed that issue for me.
And I challenge any other company in this field to provide better customer service than they did. They truly went above and beyond.
