Completely Ruined Sauna Purchase, Unrealistic Customer ServiceThis was a huge disappointment and nerve-wracking experience! On January 8th, my sauna costing 20,000 DKK arrived severely damaged – several wooden seating parts (5.1: 193547538) and the sauna heater (16) were smashed due to poor packaging during transport. I sent photos, videos, and wrote 10+ emails, documenting everything.The Home Deluxe team could not resolve it:First offered a 10% discount without legal responsibility.Then "100 euros" (ridiculous for such an expensive product).One month of waiting (from January 8th to February) for replacement parts and pickup, while they kept delaying.Could not guarantee delivery dates (e.g., by January 30th) nor that the next shipment wouldn't be damaged again.Mentioned a 2-year warranty, but practical help was zero – only stress, emails, and frustration instead of relaxation.I pointed out that they messed up the packaging, but they lowballed. I offered fair solutions (10-20% + new heater), but they rejected them. Eventually, it would have gone legal, but I gave up – don't buy from them!!!Avoid Home Deluxe if you don't want months of headaches! 😡
