Return at Kennards, Chapel St, Marrickville
Very easy. I packed my Foxtel box in the same box i received my new one. Labelled and securely packaged the return box. I was in and out literally at Kennards, Chapel Street, Marrickville where i dropped off the return. the gentleman at Kennards was easy going, no hassles, checked the details and that was it.
“We’ve got your parcel” - apparently forever
I ordered items through The Iconic using Hubbed’s parcel point delivery, having used the service previously and found the late-night opening hours of the local bottle shop convenient compared to the post office. Unfortunately, the service appears to have declined significantly.
For the first four weeks, the tracking status did not change and remained stuck on “We’ve got your parcel.” During this time, I made multiple online enquiries, all of which received only generic responses stating that the network was busy.
During this period, the local parcel point collection location ceased operating as a Hubbed parcel point due to their own poor experiences with Hubbed. After learning this, I contacted Hubbed again to explain the situation, only to receive another generic response that did not address what I had raised.
With still no updates or meaningful communication, I called Hubbed and spoke to a customer service representative who was polite and appeared helpful. I was told the issue would be escalated, that delivery should occur within 2–6 days, and that I would be contacted if there were any changes.
Twelve days passed with no update or delivery, so I called again and spoke to the same representative. Once again, I received an apology and assurances that action would be taken and that I would be kept informed. Neither occurred.
Several days later, I was notified by The Iconic that the items had been returned to them. At no point did Hubbed update the tracking information to reflect this, nor did they respond to my numerous help enquiries. Even now, the tracking still states “We’ve got your parcel.”
In total, it took two months for Hubbed to receive the items from The Iconic, make no delivery attempt, provide no meaningful communication, and then return the parcel without notice. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and one I would not recommend.

Once again I was home but no one attempted delivery. Happens more often than not with Couriers Please. When I attempt to look up the pharmacy my package was taken to, no address is provided

I've got a pin number, but where do I go to collect my parcel as I have not been informed, what the pick up address for the parcel.
After printing label
After printing label, I dropped off my parcel at the Morris Street Compounding Chemist at Innaloo on a Sunday and even though the Aus Post section was not open, the lovelly attendant at the chemist accepted my parcel, scanned it and said thankyou. Couldn't have had a better experience. Well done. Printing the label is a pain however Aus Post usually help with that also, just ask.

tried using Hubbed for shipping and it was a real disappointment. My package got stuck with no tracking updates and I never knew where it was. When I reached out for help, customer service barely replied and I got no useful information. The pickup point details were confusing, and in the end I almost lost my parcel. Definitely not a reliable delivery option.
No pick and no customer contact
Arranged a pick up of my foxtel box and no one came. Contacted customer service and no one got back to me at least until a week later. Finally they offered a refund but I have never received it. Would recommend to avoid at all costs.

I tried using HUBBED for parcel delivery, and it was a real nightmare. My package was either lost or stuck for weeks with no status update, and the tracking info never changed. When I reached out for help, customer support was almost impossible to contact - emails got ignored, phone lines never answered. On top of that, the "pickup point" ended up being far away or unclear, and I got no instructions about where to collect. Overall, HUBBED felt unreliable and frustrating - I wouldn't trust them again
Poor service from the staff at the drop off point
I have used parcel point several times and each time I have been very happy with the experience. However my most recent experience was not to my satisfaction. The assistant at the drop off point was most unhelpful. He told me the return label was too small and the printing was also too small to read. I explained it was the same label I had printed at least 4 times in the past from the email sent to me from the merchant. I could not enlarge it.
He threatened me with the fact that the courier might no deliver my parcel because he would not be able to read the delivery address and told me it would be my fault if the parcel got lost in transit. As I was on my way out I didn't want to take the parcel with me to try and find another point of drop off, so left it with him. Now I am worried that my parcel may not be returned. I most certainly will not be going back to that outlet. A shame, because everything else has been fine. It just takes one bad apple to spoil things.
Worst Service
Parcel was apparently delivered at 10:30pm. No sign of anyone on my cameras. Sent an email. Nothing. Finally found the 1300 number and when I called it went straight to hold music. After 10 min just said no support agents were available to take my call then hung up. Worst delivery service out there, Amazon should not be using them.
very, very poor service
they ring the bell for 1/2 a second before they run away to dump your packages at some gas station. Not a delivery service since they don't bother delivering anything

I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered as it couldn’t be left in a safe place. I was home at the time as I work from home. Then I was told my parcel could be collected from Nibbles cafe on Hardgreaves Street and when I went there today Saturday 18 October I was told they didn’t have it.

Still have not been told address where I can pick up my parcel. I am very disappointed. I’ll be contacting Temu about this. I never want to use your courier service again.
Amazon parcel collection
Picked up my Amazon parcel from WOTSO Kogarah - really easy and convenient . Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's a handy location. Looks like it's a new pickup spot, but everything worked perfectly.Great experience overall!
