It is good to be able to pay a fixed monthly amount. I prefer it to be a bit higher then we are not afraid to heat or cool our house.

Our electric was cut off at 9 o'clock this morning due to the high winds and a cable was broken. It was very difficult to speak to a person as ourselves and our neighbours who have a young child did not have electric . I was put on hold on numerous times of calling sometimes in excess of 20 minutes and promises of a return call which never happened. On one occasion I was told an electrician would call in 2 to 3 hours which by 3.30 nobody had called. On phoning again and again I was finally given another telephone number and it was this number that I spoke to Kimberly who was very very helpful and sympathetic of our problem. After talking about the problem and having the information as to what needed to be done, within two hours we had our electric back on. Thank you Kimberly. This company is more straight forward to deal with than some others and is in my high street.

For the second time in three visits the client office at La Zenia Orihuela by Mc Donald’s is closed during normal office hours. No update on the website just a note on the door. This, along with confusing bills and high prices has convinced me to switch my second property, like my first, to Octopus. A far more professional experience.
