I love icrush! The models are sleek and up-to-date, packagine is cute and modern. Especially, I would say their customer service didn’t disappoint. They communicate well and act fast.

THE BEST ITEMS FOR MY LAZY GIRLS!!! My absolute favourite to order cheaper, yet lasting, beautiful pieces. I own 10 pieces alltogether, and had never had a problem of any kind. I have been wearing a necklace and bracelet for two years straight, never taking them off since I am very lazy...and they still look fabulous despire chlorine pools, daily showers, sweat from working out and salt water from the ocean. The only thing that happens is that the gold darkens a bit and loses some of its original bright glow. But that is natural!! My sister works at a jeweller and suggested that maybe it could be brightened again by putting it into a silver bath, but I have not tried it yet since I anyhow prefer the slightly duller look. My best friend is as much a lazy girl as myself, and has also never had any problems with her many ICRUSH jewellry pieces.

Have ordered many times here now. Jewellery lasts . No tarnishing. Great. Value.

*Update in april 2025* still wearing my earrings every day and yet they are like the day I got them. Almost 2 years of every day wear. I never had any earrings that good!!

The low rating is really NOT deserved. I bought couple of earrings in november 2023 and I put them in right away and I have been wearing them for 5 months. I only take them out to clean. I take them to the shower, to the swimming pool and sleep with them. They still look like the day I got them and that is really special. I have been looking for a nice quality earrings for a decent price and this is it. It was shipped quickly and they send me an email to inform me about a delay, but it took 9 days to arrive from order day.

I recently ordered few items from ICRUSH, of which one of the neck chain was damaged. I wrote to them however i did not still hear from them at all.

I would rather not place another order from here if the customer service is so bad and takes ages to get a response.

WHEN YOU HAVE A WEDSITE YOU SHOULD ALSO GIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

After reading some of the many reviews I got the feeling of "oh no".. I have ordered from here twice and everything went smoothly, but then one of my bracelet broke and I wanted to use the warranty on it, as it was over the return days. I wrote and did not hear back for 2 weeks, so I decided to look at their reviews and saw all of the comments regarding their customer service which was basically not existing. So I thought I would never get a new, but I decided to write them again. This time they got back to me, send me a voucher code and the service was really easy! But I had to be patient. So a very mixed feeling towards this - happy we got I solved, but the process towards that was way to long

I ordered several sales item online. One of item is PEARLS Armband, super bad quality. Pearls are totally damaged, but I need to bared shipping cost for returned? Totally not reasonable. I will not buy anythings from this shop.

I have placed quite big order from iCrush.
2 weeks ago I have received confirmation of shippmeny with tracking links that doesnt work. Several times i tried to reach out to get update about my order - NOTHING. No order, no reply!!!

The customer service is useless. I sent an order back with tracking and I know it was delivered to them. I have been reaching out multiple times and no response. No refund. I just want my money back. I was a happy customer but this is simply unacceptable.

Really nice selection of jewelry that is affordable. And the package arrived really fast as well. Can only recommend it.

Mostly good experience, easy purchase, quick delivery, one item was damaged, which was disappointing. Customer service replies within a week, as promised. Products are pretty.

I just recently had a very terrible online shopping experience and so to ensure it doesn't happen again I read reviews both the good and bad ones. Then I gave it a try and shop at iCrush! Dangg The products' quality and design are imo topnotch yet not overpriced! totally affordable, they have tons of variety, the shipping/delivery within germany is free starting 15 euros and crazy fast within 2 days. The packaging is simple, neat and has nice fragrance to it hahaha! I absolutely love this brand. I'm glad I gave it a try. The products are mostly stainless steel so it's highly durable, water-sweat resistent and has weight on it that tells u that it has quality to it and not light like plastic/cheap. I just bought tons of jewelry pieces after that because they're having a summer sale until 70%. I'm just glad I got an awesome experience this time of shopping online. Customer service also very friendly, polite and responsive through email! Don't need to pay for sending back wrong items, they'll resend you the correct items!
