Except for the fact that I arrived at the clinic on one of the few days that it snowed snowed in Istanbul, so clinic was extremely busy and slightly behind schedule, everything went extremely well. Upon arrival they had someone meet me immediately at the front desk, they shepherded me through the process each day, explaining each phase, answering questions and arranging transportation. The fact that this person was so nice and caring helped make the whole process less stressful. I need to return for phase two of my treatment, but knowing what I know now as to how excellent, efficient and caring they are at this facility, my next visit will be totally stress free and I am looking forward to returning.

I travelled from Australia for dental treatment and the entire experience was very well organised from start to finish.

The transport arrangements were smooth and reliable, which made a big difference when arriving in a new country. Everything ran on time and took a lot of stress out of the trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, so resting between appointments was easy.

Most importantly, the clinic itself was excellent. The staff were professional, calm, and clearly experienced. Every step of the treatment was explained properly, I never felt rushed, and I felt listened to throughout the process. The clinic was modern, hygienic, and well run.

I’m very happy with the final result — it met my expectations and feels comfortable and natural. You can tell the team takes pride in their work.

I also want to specifically mention my medical consultant, Sara. She was absolutely outstanding. From the very first contact, she was responsive, reassuring, and incredibly supportive. She checked in regularly, answered every question clearly, and made sure I felt confident and informed at all times. Having someone like her coordinating everything made a huge difference to the overall experience.

Overall, this was a positive, professional, and well-organised experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone considering similar treatment.

My 2nd and Final visit here this week to finish me treatment. Everything gone well, and very happy with my results. I'd like to mention and say a Big thank you to my consultant this week, Flora. She has been very very helpful, kind and understanding all week.
I also want to give a massive shout out to Sara too, who has organised all this for me from day one. She has gone out of her way for me and sorted everything out for me. Was always available 24/7, and always responded to my message's.

Incidis international has been a breath of fresh air to be working with I could not afford the prices I would of had to pay in the uk and it would of been a very costly and long drawn out process,with incidis the price of what I wanted to get done was more affordable,the level of professionalism I experienced from the hotel staff to the surgeons was impressive comming from a man that's not easily impressed that speaks volumes,my stay and aftercare in istanbull was very comfortable and incidis had made sure to take care of everything so I could concentrate on my recovery,My procedure has been brocken in to 2 parts the first to remove my teath and plant 12 pins into my gums I also got my sinuses lifted and filled with a graft,now the healing process of a few months begins,I look farward to seeing the staff soon for the second part of my procedure in a few months when il be getting a life changing set of all on 12 full dental implants planted on my pins that come with a lifetime guarantee,I did a lot of research before I decided to go with incidis and I can say that this has been a decision I am verry happy to have made,manny thanks to Sara my liason and coordinator and all the surgeons and staff,look farward to seeing you soon🙏

Let me share my recent experience during my first visit. I was referred to this clinic by a colleague, which helped me quickly adapt to their efficient way of working. I had serious dental issues that needed urgent attention, including multiple infections, bone tissue loss, and the removal of bridges and teeth (12 in total). I was expertly guided through the necessary steps by Sara, who supported me effortlessly throughout the entire journey towards a painless life.
To give you an impression of how well it went: I had a CBCT scan in the Netherlands on November 25. I shared the 3D scan with Sara. Note: the dentist clinic in the Netherlands still own me a treatment plan, I paid for it.. However still no contact was made with (today is 12-Dec). Back to Sara, scan was immediately analyzed to develop the right treatment plan for me. The plan was ready by the next day, tailored to meet my needs. All I had to do next was book my ticket to fly to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived (30-Nov), I was treated like a VIP. Transfers from the airport to the hotel and clinic were excellent and always on time. Sara was there whenever I needed her.
The surgery went very well (2-Dec), taking just 2.5 hours with minimal pain. My surgeon, Dr. Berre Karaöz, has earned my lifelong gratitude. I opted for temporary dentures, which were ready the next day. My recovery is progressing excellently, with no pain or issues. I am eagerly anticipating my return trip to receive my hybrid prosthesis built on the 12 implants.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality dental solutions and a VIP experience.

My journey at Inci Dis clinic begun this year in june.
I wrote already a review on that trip. This second trip there were some little bumps on the road because i have trouble with my heart and my heart rate was so slow, we had to go to the hospital. I am so glad Flora my translator was with me and guided me through it all. Thank goodness the results were good, so the dentist could start immediately for my final teeth. A big thumbs up for the pacience they had with me because i wanted a lot of changes. But finally I was satisfied and today i got my final teeth. I could not be more happy, a special thanks to the whole team who helped me: Sara my coordinator, Flora my translator and guide at the clinic, Dr. Safa Polat and his assistant Sevgi and again Surgeon Berre and lastly the driver Omer.
I highly recommend Inci Dis Climic for the best results and you will be treated like family.

My name is Ernest, from The Netherlands and I investigated over 6 dental clinics in Istanbul. One of them was INCIDIS and my coordinator was Sara(Actual qualified dentist). She was fantastic, Sara spoke English fluently and her knowledge of dental care and treatment is of very high standard. What was the deciding factor for me to go with INCIDIS. Sara did not sell me; she used her experience and knowledge to talk to me about my dental condition and treatment.

Sara was not available to meet during my visit, and my John was the stand-in and OMW, what a gentleman and nice guy. He was so helpful, and he was with me all the way, he helped me with the payments, Wi-Fi, explained to me the procedure and advice some places to visit during my stay. I hope to meet up with him again during my second visit next year. I definitely recommend him, he exceeds my expectations.
Of course, the treatment plan can change after an in-person examination which mine did, but Dr Necat explained to me exactly the pros and cons and I was also given the option to stay with the original plan but then with 4 teeth less which was not the option for me because I wanted the full plan.

Dr Necat was my replacement surgent because my planned surgent was not available due to personal reasons. BIG thank you to Doctor Necat, he is a great dentist and a lovely person. He explained to me in detail my new treatment and all the reasons, pros and cons. This for me really matters when you’re getting such invasive treatment. The procedure was 6 tooth extractions, 2 closed sinus liftings, one wisdom teeth extraction and 10 implants. I would definitely recommend Dr Necat, he is very professional.

Environment is super clean place, nice sofas to sit on and wait….., can’t fault the clinic at all here!
Treatment- look, it’s tough, traumatic, but not painful, so it’s NOT a holiday, yet they’ll leave you as comfortable as possible through, which allows you to be a tourist too if you wish too.

I would 100% recommend Inci- Dis/ Smile clinic to get your work done, I would be a brand ambassador for them if they asked.

Final result-

This lady is the epitome of excellent customer service….. looks out for you, ensures your treatment is as close to exerted as possible based on a none in person discussion.
Goes out of her way to ensure you not only get your treatment but sample the Istanbul life too!!

Genuinely, if hire her in a heartbeat and she’s such a lovely person too boot!

She is NOT getting paid enough, no mater how much they pay here.

Medical/ Dental ALL great….. very professional in way of treatment , but more relaxed as a way of buisness/ culture.
BIG thank you to Doctor Muazazz Yorkuk ( Dr Lucky as I called her) great Dentist but such a lovely person too!!!! This REALLY matters when you’re getting such invasive/ traumatic treatment.
These people make it bareable!

Environment-
Expect people to walk in and have conversations with each other during your treatment….. strange as a Britt ….. but not for these people, it’s normal. You’ll get used to it the more you visit.

Super clean place, little old lady getting you drinks etc etc is always on hand!
Nice sofas to sit on and wait….., can’t fault the clinic at all here!

None Medical- not a fan apart from 2-3 of them ( there’s soooo many walking around looking but not doing much) and that feels less medical environment and more local market/ town square/ etc etc. they need more English speakers as front of house for sure.!

I had a full set of Zirconia Crowns fitted and a front Bridge…… al went well and no issues.

Developed pain in one tooth almost 3 mnths later…… they brought me back, rectified the pain and even fitted a new bridge as I didn’t quite like the feel only at a small point on the inside ( very minor but they built a whole new one)
They paid for this treatment which whilst it’s exactly what you’d want and expect, isn’t always the norm…. So well done Inci-Dis for 100% customer service / satisfaction …. And also another well done Sara for ensuring this was the case.

Treatment- look, it’s tough, traumatic, but not painful….. just a lot for your Brain to take in and deal with….. so it’s NOT a holiday….. yet they’ll leave you as comfortable as possible mid way through which allows you to be a tourist too if you wish too.

I would 100% recommend Inci- Dis/ Smile clinic to get your work done, so much so I’d be a UK brand ambassador for them if they asked.

Staffing is really key to your treatment….. it’s so very important and you can mother better than Sara,Dr Lucky and a big mention to another 2 co-ordinaries : Flora and Omar … lovely people who stuck with me and played their part well…..

Great overall oral health care system within Turkey. Hatem and his crew will resolve all ur cosmetic needs at a very affordable rates. Im very satisfied with my results given it took only two months from surgery to the teeth being permanently attached

Very happy with both dental work (2 Inplants, 1 bone graft and 14 Crowns) and the overall experience.
I was reluctant to travel from Canada to Istanbul for my implants not knowing how to find a reputable dental surgeon. But after 2 conversations with Sara at Inci DIS I decided to take the chance. After sending pictures and X-rays of my teeth a treatment plan proposed and even though I only needed the 2 implants I decide since I was going all. that way to have the crowns done at the same time.
Sara made appointments with Dr. Nursah Sungur for the crowns and Dr Berre Karoz for the implant and graft surgery. I would highly recomend both. I had no pain, swelling or infection after any of the treatments.
The facilities at the clinic were state of the art and the entire clinic was very clean. Transportation from airport to hotel and every day in VIP van and met every day by Sophia, who works with Sara was my coordinator and advocate in dealing with the clinic. Sofia is a wonderful woman who made sure that everything went smoothly.
Bottom line.
You can trust Sara and Sophia at Inci DIS and I recommend Dr Nursah and Dr Berre Karoz

The experience with İnci Diş Zeytinburnu was wonderful. John was an outstanding coordinator who took care of all the planning from my initial customer inquiry to completing the zirconium crowns. He made sure that the hotel accommodations and VIP rides were of the highest quality. I also worked with both coordinators, Sofia and Omar, who made my experience at the clinic smooth and easy. Dr. Nursah Songur was a super knowledgeable dentist who customized a plan that maximized my dental health in preparation for full-mouth zirconium crowns. She treated a root canal carefully and made necessary modifications (gums, tooth shaving) to maximize the overall effectiveness of all zirconium crowns' readiness. Overall, the experience with all parties left me feeling fulfilled and satisfied!

Hey all I'm a simple man of 52yrs of age and not to educated on implants i did a bit of research and found this clinic more important i found Sara the lady who books and explains all her time and care she took with me went above and beyond others I spoke too she wasn't trying to sell me treatment she took genuine care to make sure I understood all and showed lots of facts and knowledge I suggest before you get your treatment take the time to chat with her and this clinic my experience was nothing less then what I was told and extremely happy with results this far I'm happy I made the right choice

Like many people, I did my research for six months and contacted several clinics. I finally chose Incidis.

Wow...I had four extractions, six implants, and two bone grafts.

I used INCI DIS Dental Clinic after reading all the great reviews posted by past patients.
I first went over last February to have mouler implants fitted (no pain at all)
I want back last week to have the crowns fitted.
Sara,...... Is fantastic as an interpreter /translator; her knowledge helped explained every step before it was done by very experienced orthodontists.
Each crown was bespoke and fitted/installed with precision.
(Again absolutely no pain)
I now have a full set of teeth, a mixture of implants and my own.
I couldn't be any happier with the final result and would happily recommend INCI DIS to anyone thinking of having dental work done in the future
