Previously I left a glowing feedback for these folks. Unfortunately it was premature. The $300 project ended up at $1000. And then city planning folks rejected the engineer’s calculation documents.
They explained it was not because an engineering stamp was required, but rather the calculation documents did not meet the minimum standards for a professional engineer.
When I tried to contact Eric about the issue: he would not answer his phone. When I emailed them another gentleman advised that there would be an additional fee to “reopen the project”. I asked that Eric give me a jingle at his convenience. I have not heard from him since.
I could not be more disappointed
