Scamers,dodgy,worst in industry surprised that they still operating

Scammed my credit card and gave themselves a $250 Gift

I recently had my credit card charged to the tune of $682 by this company without my consent. Emailed multiple times and rang (spoke to Shane) for a refund, but no reply. Had to put a fraud claim to my bank (CBA) who were very helpful and indicated a full refund will be forwarded to my account. I have recently seen dozens of Google reviews with similar experiences from JH Market. Fraud Squad should be on to them ASAP!

I had been waiting for my delivery for 10 months, no call back, no answering, always promise to call back, but none, I believe they will soon be banned.

Scammers , Unauthorised use of credit card details they must have saved - My credit card has been cancelled as a result No accounts department available to contact, only cowboy sales team ready to sell more stock that they do not have, When inquiring about deliveries not received you are put on hold indefinately

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUYS. THEY SMUGGLED NEARLY $2000 FROM ME.

Do not buy from these people I’m an electrical contractor that was contacted by one of there lying scamming slippery salesman who promised me an amazing deal but I told him I would not be buying another item from jinhang lighting untill the 100 fan plugs that I had bought back on Black Friday last year finally arrived. He promised me they would be sent straight out the next day as they had now arrived but instead he charged another 200 fan plugs to my account at nearly $2 each plus a $45 delivery fee and then proceeded to pay for them with my credit card that Jinhang lighting had saved on my account from past payments. So now I’m out of pocket for 300 fan plugs that have never arrived and was charged over $600 for the privilege. Do not buy from these people. If you have a credit card stored on your account delete it immediately. If there slippery salesmen call you hang up on him. He’s a lying shifty scumbag do not trust this company. They are a pack of shifty liars.

I made an order three month ago and only part of the delivery arrived. No paperwork showing what was sent. I made numerous calls to get it resolved. They owe me $800. Then I got a sales call today. Sales person offered to use the credit amount owing. I said ill phone back as Im interested in purchasing recessed down lights with my credit owing. I need to go online to check item detail. Sales person said you can order online, but ill put some down lights aside for you.
They then sent me a purchase docket for 40 down lights I did NOT order, billing my credit card which I did not authorise.

This wholesaler is a scam. They do not hold enough stock and do not refund you. All salespeople are trained in the art of transferring your phone call to a disconnected line. Email addresses for accounts departments do not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM.
If you have, go straight to customer affairs and your bank for any chance of a refund.

They are SCAMMERS. Do not buy from this company. Once they have your credit card details, they will call you and mention a "sales promotion" and proceed to charge your credit card without your approval nor knowledge. They are scammers. We have had $2200 dollars charged on our business credit card and have been attempting to get a refund for over 2 months with no success. They don't answer emails and phone calls and just leave you in the dark. Their business should be banned from practice in Australia. We are currently seeking ACCC and QCAT proceedings against them.

Do not deal with this company.
Their sales team will promise you anything to get an order. They lie to you about delivery times to secure an order that will not arrive. I have dealt with them in the past and any warranty is non existent.
They have become so bad recently in fact, that I think it likely that they are just currently scamming as much money out of customers as they can with a view of going into liquidation. You have been warned!!

Do not deal with this company as they are terrible including unauthorised transactions on your credit card. My next step is is to file them up with consumers affair

Avoid! They charged my credit card for someone else's order. I have no idea how this happened. It shouldn't have happened. It's been impossible to speak with any decision maker in the company to get the amount refunded. I've been fobbed off for several weeks. Had to launch a misuse of credit card investigation through my bank.

They offer very competitive price.
The sales team sell the product saying it’s on sale for limited time .
Once they sell it they give ETA of two weeks but most of the time we have to chase our orders.
I have one order still under process since June 2023 and still waiting to receive.
When it comes to order cancellation they offer a store credit or you have to fill their refund form to get your money back .
Very painful experience so far.
I will be paying after receiving the product if in future I order .

Extremely heavy handed with selling, and takes an extemely long time to refund money when they have made the mistake themselves, look further in to their reviews on other pages and you will see that not all reviews can be genuine when you see how many others have had genuine issues such as faulty products, or delays in refunds. I ended up getting my bank to persue them and they did a charge back to get me my money.
