I received two out of three items from my order and the missing one is a damper carpet. I’ve reached out to the customer care team who promised to get back to me between 0-3 business days and it has gone almost two weeks now and I still haven’t heard a word from you.
I only got half of my order and when I contacted your customer service , I was told you would send the rest but still have not received anything or any confirmation that the package had been sent. I usually don't have problems with Kaffepro and they sell good products but I don't know if I should trust them in the future.
it was a very smooth experience. Customer service was really quick and clear at answering my concerns. Everything came as original, though you can see some usage marks. It’s overall an great experience:)
