Buy It Off Amazon Instead!
Just overall bad experience.
I wanted to support the company as I was planning on buying the same item from either Amazon or from their actual website. Ended up paying customs charges, which is on me for choosing the company instead of Amazon. But my product came in defective.
While they had a very responsive customer service, they were all based off of polite AI translated responses on what they won't do for you until you essentially threaten a dispute.
I got a defective rusted product, and they only offered a measly 10% refund with replacements screws (in which, if there's a whole part rusted, I think the entire keyboard should be switched out) which would charge me again for customs? They stated they were having issues with their replacement programs, so they could only offer a return that I would have to pay the shipping for.
After almost two months of back and forth, I ended up just shipping the entire product back after I confirmed that they would also pay for the shipping once it was returned.
Overall just a terrible experience and since this company is under EPOMAKER, I assume the customer service would be exactly the same, you're better off buying their products off Amazon.
