I took 2 stars away from my first review. I signed up with Lapalingo 8 years ago and I was happy there. Never had any problems. For my birthday this year the casino gave me a bonus of 46€. I started to play Legacy of Death and after a few rounds I made 320€ with one 0.20€. As this was a Bonus i couldn't cash out. I had to play with it until I had reached 3400€. Not easy done in Germany because of silly lawns like a maximum of 1€ a Spin. I came till 1400€ before the bonus money was used up. Never mind that. When I logged in two weeks later I noticed that my bonus shop points didn't go up. Wait a minute I turned over just under 2000€ the other day so it should be up. Support then told me why it didn't. Because I only received the newsletter by email.But to get the points you hve to receive updates and news on the phone as well. This might be right, I probably didn't turn it on when I had a new number at some point in the 8 years. Live support couldn't do anything about it and wrote an email. I dint demand the full points or anything, I just asked if they could do something. Free spins whatever. I'm a happy long time visitor of the casino, and it was my birthday. I got a response about 8 days later. Writen by a bot. Sorry, hope rules are rules we can't do nothing for you. I changed the original header from the email. "Could a real human being please red this mail?" Someone did, and wrote back to me, that there is nothing to be done. Lapalingo?
